Aria sat down with 10 News and talked about the horrific details, “I didn’t even see the wave until I made the turn and it was too late it was up on me”. The wave tipped the boat, he tried holding on, “I let go and went back in the water and I went under the boat and the boat went over me once then twice and the propellers are going”.During that moment he didn’t realize the injuries he was getting, “I didn’t feel, the adrenaline the cold water the salt all I know I couldn’t move my fingers I knew my hands were messed up “. Two casts on his hands because doctors say, he cut tendons leaving his fingers unable to move. (KGTV) - North San Diego County police are searching for a documented gang member they say killed a man outside his home in 2016.Edgar Hernandez Saavedra, 29, was named as the suspect of Miguel Luis Castillo's murder on August 20, 2016, Oceanside Police said.Saavedra was arguing with Castillo outside the man's home in the 800 block of Langford St. at about 2:40 a.m. Police said the argument escalated and Saavedra shot and killed Castillo with a semi-automatic handgun.ORIGINAL REPORT: Man shot, killed in Oceanside; Suspect at largeSince then, Saavedra's whereabouts have been unknown.Police describe Saavedra as a Hispanic male, with brown hair and brown eyes, standing about 5-foot 6-inches tall, and weighing 175 pounds. (AP) — A California judge on Friday rejected the plea deals of two men who were charged with 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter after a 2016 California warehouse fire.In handing down his decision, Judge James Cramer said 48-year-old Derick Almena didn't accept "full responsibility and remorse" for the fatal blaze which occurred during an unlicensed concert at the dilapidated Oakland warehouse known as the "Ghost Ship."The plea deal had called for Almena to be sentenced to nine years in prison and 28-year-old Max Harris to six years.
