DENVER – A passenger aboard a Frontier Flight heading from Denver to Charleston, S.C. on Thursday, claims a man allegedly assaulted two women and then urinated on another passenger’s seat.Pictures obtained by Denver7 show the man, identified Monday as Michael Allen Haag, being taken away by police once Frontier Flight 864 landed in Charleston.The pictures provided by the passenger show the man urinating on the seat in front of him and also show him getting escorted by police.A Frontier Airlines spokesperson did not comment on the specific details of the incident when asked for comment, but said they were aware of the situation.“The safety and security of our passengers is our top priority at Frontier. We have been made aware of this situation and are working with the appropriate authorities.” 816

DEL MAR, Calif. (KGTV) - About 400 horses displaced by the Lilac Fire will move back to their original home at San Luis Rey Downs next week, according to trainers at the Del Mar Racetrack.The horses have been living in Del Mar's stables since the fire tore through the downs on December 7. Nearly 50 horses died in the fire, and several trainers and stable workers were also injured.Del Mar has become their second home in the four months since."I joke that it's like losing your home and being put up in a proper hotel,"' says trainer Ed Freeman.He has 16 horses living at Del Mar and says he's not sure what the emotions will be like returning to the site of one of the worst days of his life."I'm a little worried it will be stressful for the workers," Freeman says. "Our barn isn't there, we'll be in a new spot. But it's still going back to the scene of the crime."Del Mar racing officials had targeted mid-April for the move-out. They need their stables back to begin preparations for this summer's racing season. Nearly 3200 horses will be using the track to train and race over the next few months."It's vital for Del Mar for people to have a place to bring in young horses that are going to be beneficial during our race season," says Racing Secretary David Jerkens.But, he adds, Del Mar was happy to help out."Sometimes it takes a tragedy to see the good in people," says Jerkens.A GoFundMe page run by Del Mar and Santa Anita Racetrack helped raise more than 0,000 to take care of the horses, trainers and workers displaced by the fire. Despite what your social media feeds are telling you, an asteroid shaped like a skull is not going to zip by Earth this Halloween.Asteroid 2015 TB145 looked like a skull when it passed by our planet three years ago on Halloween. But now the object may be a bit less "humerous," because its shape may since have changed.In 2015, the asteroid missed Earth by just 300,000 miles and was visible to those with good telescopes. This year, the closest it will come is 25 million miles -- which is way too far to tell what it looks like."This time it's not coming close enough (to Earth) to be any larger than a dot of light," said Paul Chodas, manager of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory Center for Near Earth Object Studies.The asteroid was previously estimated to be 2,000 feet in diameter. However, asteroids change shape over time, as they smash into other celestial objects and break apart.What's more, the giant rock won't be at its closest until November 11, well after Halloween.NASA says the asteroid is most likely a "dead" comet that once spewed debris across the solar system. In space talk, that means it has "shed its volatiles" that would produce the visible tail seen on some comets.The asteroid was discovered October 10, 2015, by the University of Hawaii's Pan-STARRS-1 (Panoramic Survey Telescope and Rapid Response System) telescope in Haleakala, on the island of Maui. 1401

(KGTV) - Several homes have been burglarized during the past week in the hills of Olde Del Mar.Neighbors believe they're targeted because they're very freeway accessible; burglars can make a quick getaway.Michelle Angles was a victim."We're so close to the freeway that criminals are coming here because it's an easy pop onto the freeway right after they burglarize. We've had our car broken into; thousands of dollars of things taken."Monday afternoon, just minutes before two homes around the corner and a few blocks away were burglarized, her home surveillance video caught three shady characters ambling down the street."The video shows three young men walking along the sidewalk and they stop right here and you see them looking around and talking very softly.  They noticed the camera and immediately started walking away and one of the young men.. you can see him stop and walk up the grass and he looked into a window next door.  So they were casing houses in the neighborhood," Angles said.At the break-in five blocks away, thieves ransacked the house; stealing jewelry, electronics, cameras and photographic gear.  They also left behind an autographed Steven Tyler guitar with the authentication paperwork right next to it.  They also left many fingerprints on furniture they moved around.  The homeowner said they fed the dog, too; and though she appreciates that the dog wasn't hurt, she's hopeful the fingerprints will lead to arrests. 1517
