VALRICO, Florida — A man in Valrico is facing a manslaughter charge after deputies say he accidentally shot and killed a woman during an act of foreplay. Andrew Shinault, 23, shot the woman in her upper body with his registered hand gun around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Deputies say the two were engaging in an act of foreplay involving the gun. The woman, in her 20s, was taken to Brandon Regional Hospital where she later died. Shinault was charged with manslaughter with a weapon on Friday. Those checks will only automatically go to people who filed taxes in 2018 or 2019, and only people who use a social security number when they filed. Those who used an ITIN number to file taxes, typically immigrants, do not qualify.Per the Internal Revenue Service's latest guidance, those with a Social Security number who typically do not file tax returns will need to file a simple tax return to receive an economic impact payment. Low income tax payers, senior citizens, Social Security recipients, some veterans and individuals with disabilities who are otherwise not required to file tax returns will not owe tax.In addition, your income is the last determinant on whether you will get a check and how much that check will be.“If your earnings in the year 2020 are under ,000, you as an individual will get some sort of check from the federal government,” explained Hanauer. “If you have earned less than ,000, you should get ,200 for you and up to 0 for each of your children.”The maximum for a couple with two children is ,400, and if they file a joint return, the threshold is 0,000. That's according to an administration official who spoke Tuesday to The Associated Press. The revelation comes days after Barr took a public swipe at the president, saying in a television interview that Trump’s tweets about Justice Department cases and staffers make it “impossible” for him to do his job. The next day, Trump ignored Barr’s request and insisted that he has the “legal right” to intervene in criminal cases and sidestep the Justice Department’s historical independence. Barr has agreed to go before the House Judiciary Committee on March 31 to respond to allegations that the Department of Justice is making decisions that are politically influenced.The House Judiciary Committee wants to question Barr on three incidents from this week that it found questionable.Trump ally Roger Stone was convicted on charges of lying to Congress, tampering with a witness and obstructing a House investigation. On Monday, the prosecution asked the judge for a 7-9 year sentence of Stone. It’s as we're coming out of winter and getting into the warmer months,” explained Dr. Mark Montano, the medical director of CareNow Urgent Cares in Colorado.The CDC said disease cases from mosquito, tick, and flea bites more than tripled from 2004 to 2016 in the U.S.. They predict the number of infections in any given season is complicated, but to put it in perspective, the number of tick-borne disease cases increased from 48,610 reported cases in 2016 to 59,349 reported cases in 2017. “There’s a lot of factors in it,” Chinnici said. She said reasons could include how mild the winter was, how long the warmer months are, and even animal hunting and population control. Another factor is how much time people spend outside.“People are free right now. They're working from home, so they are spending more time outdoors, so that's putting them at a greater risk just because of everything else going on with COVID-19,” Chinnici said.The tick research lab is one of only a few in the U.S. “We receive ticks from people, physicians, and then we test them in the lab using molecular techniques, and then we report the results back to the customer within 72 hours,” she explained.All you have to do is send it in.
