Bures claimed in the lawsuit that 17 officers raided the home during her son's birthday party. Bures' attorney, Al Hofeld Jr., held a news conference on Tuesday regarding the raid. A 70-year-old physician accused of cheating at this year's Los Angeles Marathon has died by suicide, officials said.Dr. Frank Meza, 70, was found dead in the Los Angeles River last Thursday.
