As Florida and other southern states continue to report record numbers of coronavirus cases, Dr. Anthony Fauci said his concern has shifted to states in the Midwest. An international flight from Dubai to Amsterdam had to make an emergency landing last week on a Transavia Airlines flight after a fight broke out due to a passenger's flatulence, according to the Dutch De Telegraph.According to the report, two sisters complained about a man passing gas on board of the flight. When the Transavia Airlines crew failed to do anything about the flatulence, that is when the passengers allegedly got physical. Nora Lachhab, 25, and her sister, were forced off the plane by police in Vienna for allegedly getting physical with other passengers. Lachhab told De Telegraph that the allegations are untrue. "The strange thing is that we also had to leave the aircraft. While we did not know these guys at all. We happened to be in the same row, but did not do anything to justify the bizarre behavior of the Transavia crew,"Lachhab told De Telegraaf.According to De Telegraaf, four passengers, including those accused of passing gas, were barred from flying on Transavia Airlines. "That is unacceptable. Our crew must ensure a safe flight," an airline spokesperson told De Telegraaf. "When passengers pose risks, they immediately intervene. Our people are trained for that. They know very well where the boundaries are. Transavia is therefore square behind the cabin crew and the pilots."An unidentified passenger told De Telegraaf that Transavia Airlines' response was an over reaction. 1541

Andrew Drechsel, who was crowned champion of "American Ninja Warrior" last year, was arrested and federally charged "with seeking sex with a minor and inducing her to send him sexual explicit images," U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Craig Carpenito said in a statement."Drechsel, 31, of Saint Cloud, Florida, was charged with the manufacture of child pornography, enticement of a minor to travel for illicit sexual conduct, traveling with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor, and use of interstate commerce to entice a minor," Carpenito said in the news release. "He (Drechsel) made his initial appearance today (Wednesday) in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, prior to his transfer to the District of New Jersey."According to the court documents, Drechsel, and the alleged victim first met in 2014 at an event attended by numerous "American Ninja Warriors" contestants.In 2015, Drechsel and the alleged victim, then 15, first had sex at his Hamden, Connecticut gym, the court affidavit stated.The affidavit says the teen told her mother, who then confronted Drechsel. The mother said when told Drechsel that the alleged victim had just turned 15, he didn't deny having sex but stated he did not know her daughter's age, the affidavit said.In June 2019, the alleged victim, who was 19, made a complaint to the Cherry Hill Police Department in New Jersey, stating that she and Drechsel had sexual encounters multiple times when she was 15 to 17 years old, court records said.Drechsel's lawyer, Frank Riccio, said in a Tweet on Tuesday that his client plans on pleading not guilty. 1634

An employee at an Arizona pizza restaurant may lose his eye after being attacked by a woman with a stiletto. Scottsdale Police report that on Fbe. 19 they were called to Gus' Pizza.Witnesses reportedly told police that 32-year-old Kris May Loring fell out of her chair and onto the floor. She left the restaurant thinking other customers were laughing at her. Police say a few minutes later her boyfriend entered the business, yelled at the customers and allegedly threw pizza at them. While Aaron Walter, a security guard for Gus' Pizza Lounge, attempted to detain the man, police say Loring, "took off her stilettos and charged at the victim." She delivered, "deliberate and violent blows towards the victim's head." “I was kind of holding the back of her boyfriend’s neck, just kind of holding him down while he’s blowing off some steam, and next thing you know, I was hit in the eye,” said Walter. Police say one of the stilettos struck Walter in the eye causing a severe laceration. Walter was hospitalized for several days, and his vision has returned since the attack. “I'm glad it was a stiletto.. I'm glad it wasn’t a knife or a gun,” said Walter. Upon her arrest, Loring allegedly threatened to "bite the nose off the arresting officer." She is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault.Despite what happened, Walter says he holds no ill will towards Loring.“I want her to have a wonderful life, I want her kids to prosper, I want her husband to prosper, and I want everyone to just live."  1579

As Democrats remain nervous over the status of the Senate and White House, Democrats will likely retain the House.This comes despite losing some ground so far in the House. As of 3:30 a.m. ET, Democrats have flipped two seats in their favor, while Republicans have flipped six, resulting in a net gain for the GOP of four. In South Carolina, Nancy Mace narrowly defeated Rep. Joe Cunningham. In Minnesota, Michelle Fischbach defeated Rep. Collin Peterson by what appears to be a sizable margin.
