TIJUANA, Mexico (KGTV) - Two people in a Utah-registered truck crashed into vendors and other vehicles on the Tijuana side of the U.S.-Mexico border at the San Ysidro Port of Entry Monday, Televisa reported. Two people in a black Chevy truck with Utah license plates started a fight with a pedestrian about 3 p.m. at Boulevard Gral Manuel Márquez de León and Paseo de los Héroes, according to Televisa, which cited Tijuana Police Chief Mario Martinez. Minutes after the fight, the suspects drove to the border crossing where they struck more than 15 vehicles waiting to cross into the United States and ran over 15 vendors, the news agency reported. The suspects were a man and woman, possibly American, Televisa report. The two were arrested and taken to the hospital. Three men have been banned from Yellowstone National Park after a park ranger caught them cooking chickens in a hot spring.Back on Friday, Aug. 7, a park ranger was alerted that a group of men with cooking pots were hiking toward's the park's Shoshone Geyser Basin, the East Idaho News reported. Shortly after that, the ranger found two whole chickens in a burlap sack in a hot spring and a cooking pot nearby.According to the Associated Press, when defendant Eric Roberts, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, was asked about what the group was up to, he said they were making dinner.Of West Valley City, Utah, Dallas Roberts and Roberts were ordered to serve two days in jail and pay 0 in fines and fees, and Eric Romriell, of Idaho Falls, paid ,250 in fines and fees, the AP reported.According to the AP, the men are banned from Yellowstone while serving two years of unsupervised probation.As for whose idea it was, Eric Roberts said it was a "joint thing," the AP reported.According to the park's website, the hot springs have "injured or killed more people in Yellowstone than any other natural feature." TOOELE, Utah — Over the past few weeks, people in Utah have been reporting mysterious packages they’ve been receiving in the mail from China. Federal officials could pick up the investigation. Lori Culley said she was excited to find two small packages in her mailbox on Tuesday. Although most of the writing on the outside was in Chinese, the label indicated there would be earrings inside.“I opened them up and they were seeds,” Culley said. “Obviously they’re not jewelry!”Culley couldn’t understand why she would be receiving mislabeled seeds from China in the mail, but at first she didn’t think much of it.Plants and seeds are strictly regulated in Utah.The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food will likely team up with Customs and Border Protection agents to investigate.An employee with the Utah Department of Agriculture picked up the seeds within a few hours of learning about the incident.Culley posted about the strange incident on Facebook, she was surprised to learn the same thing has happened to “at least 40 people” who either publicly commented or privately responded to her post. Now Culley wonders how many people might have been so curious about the seeds that they decided to plant them.“There was an article that I found in the UK saying this has been happening over there, and they are bad seeds, they are invasive,” Culley said. “I hope that it’s nothing too serious… don’t throw them in the garbage. Don’t plant them.
