LOS ANGLES (AP) — Authorities say former “Glee” star Naya Rivera is missing and being searched for at a Southern California lake.The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department late Wednesday confirmed that 33-year-old Rivera is the person being searched for in the waters of Lake Piru, which is approximately 56 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.The search for Nivera was temporarily called when it got dark, but it resumed Thursday morning. 448

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer announced that a citywide curfew will be extended through the weekend as unrest in the city reignited on Wednesday.The demonstrations were sparked by a grand jury announcement that charges would not be filed against the two officers who shot and killed Breonna Taylor during a March raid.The curfew will continue from 9 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. every day through Monday. Max Booth is from Redondo Beach and was excited to go to Maine for a summer camp for the second year. This year, that didn’t happen because of coronavirus, leaving Max at home. Then, his grandparents stepped in to save the day.Tim and Joy Booth live in Pacific Beach and said right around when Max found out he would be staying home for the summer, beaches and public places in their area started opening up, so they took advantage and planned a substitute summer camp for the 10-year-old.“It gave us real happiness to figure out how to make something that was at least a little bit similar to what he might have had,” said Joy.The trio spent the last week exploring the San Diego area, completing a long list of activities like cutting wood and barbecuing at a park, going to the beach, playing at a water park, practicing archery, hiking and observing nature, completing a junior park ranger program at the Cabrillo Monument and more. They even took the time to give back to the community, spending a day shoveling sand off of steps in Pacific Beach. (WAVE) — An autopsy report revealed more details about the shooting death of Breonna Taylor.Taylor, 26, was shot multiple times by Louisville Metro Police Department narcotics officers serving a warrant just after midnight on March 13.Her autopsy was performed on March 14 at 8 a.m. at the Bingham Building.The autopsy showed Taylor was shot in the chest, which caused hemorrhages along the wound path; the right upper abdomen, in her left forearm, in her left thigh and in her right foot. An orange and gray metal projectile was also recovered from her right heel.Following the announcement of the grand jury decision in the case on Sept. 23, Attorney General Daniel Cameron said only one of those shots was fatal.Former LMPD Det. Brett Hankison was charged for shooting 10 rounds from outside Taylor’s apartment; some of those shots ended up in adjacent units, which was why he was indicted.Two other officers, Myles Cosgrove and Jon Mattingly, were found to be justified in their use of force, according to the grand jury.Cameron said evidence showed Mattingly fired six times, and Cosgrove fired 16 shots, and added that both were justified in returning fire after being fired upon. The attorney general also said the FBI lab confirmed the fatal shot came from Cosgrove but the KSP lab said it was not clear who fired the shot.Taylor tested negative for alcohol and drug use postmortem. 1414
