GREENCASTLE — A Greencastle, Indiana, man allegedly used a hidden cellphone to take videos of women using a portable bathroom at the recent football game between Wabash College and DePauw University in Greencastle. Putnam County court records show 31-year-old Logan Campbell faces charges of Voyeurism, Public Voyeurism, and Criminal Trespass.According to the Putnam County Prosecutor and local police, Campbell hid a camera in a portable bathroom. It was discovered by a woman who was using the facility. She realized the phone's video camera was on and went to police who were able to trace it to Campbell who was at the game.Police determined there was video from the camera showing two women using the bathroom—including the woman who found the phone.Campbell, according to the police report, denied wrongdoing and said he had lost the camera. General Mills, the maker of Gold Medal flour, has recalled 5-pound bags of its unbleached all-purpose flour for possible E. coli O26 contamination, the FDA announced on Monday. The bags of flour have an expiration date of Sept. 6, 2020. The package UPC is: 016000 196100. There have been no reported illnesses, and General Mills said the recall is out of an abundance of caution. Those with recalled products are encouraged to throw out the flour, and contact General Mills at 1-800-230-8103. The FDA added that all flour should not be consumed raw, and that fully cooking flour kills of E. coli. "Although most strains of E. coli are harmless, others can make you sick. E. coli O26 is a potentially deadly bacterium that can cause bloody diarrhea and dehydration," the FDA said. House lawmakers have passed a bill that makes animal cruelty a federal felony.The so- called "PACT Act" specifically bans crushing, burning, drowning and impaling animals, among other things.It would also allow officials to go after suspected animal abusers who cross state lines.But according to its co-sponsor, U.S. Rep.
