This past weekend, the kids went about the task of sorting the candy."My middle daughter, who is nine, said 'Mom, Mom, I found something in my candy' and brought me a ring," said Bilbrey.It was a woman's ring, possibly a precious one. "Looks like a wedding band similar to mine. Possibly an anniversary band ... somebody wears on a hand that means something to somebody ... my first thought was we need to get this back to the owner. As a woman, my jewelry, I don't have much but what I do have is very important to me," said Bilbrey.The piece of jewelry likely slipped off while someone was handing out candy. Like any good mystery, there are a few clues, including the candy found next to the ring. "Candy corn and the Sour Patch candies. That's what she had in her hand was the candy corn," said Bilbrey.Bilbrey spread word of the ring on social media, but so far, she's come up empty."I'll keep it safe. I've got it here. Below are links to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, End Rape On Campus and the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network -- all resources for survivors who are seeking assistance.The URL is hosted by?Fix the Court, a nonpartisan judicial reform organization whose main goal is to fight for honesty and transparency on the US Supreme Court.Even though the site launched this week, the domain was actually purchased three years ago along with a handful of other names of potential Supreme Court nominees."In 2015, as the presidential races were going on, I decided to buy domains of possible candidates for the Supreme Court," Fix the Court Executive Director Gabe Roth told CNN. (CNS) -- Firefighters were working Tuesday to extinguish a brush fire that has charred at least 100 acres of vegetation near the U.S.-Mexico border.The so-called Border 11 Fire was reported around 8:30 p.m. Monday in a mountainous area west of Marron Valley and south of Dulzura, Cal Fire Capt. Issac Sanchez said, adding that no homes or structures were immediately threatened.The fire was located in an area that was difficult to access, but heavy cloud cover and high humidity Tuesday morning was helping to keep the flames at bay, Sanchez said.Crews requested an air attack to help crews on the ground, but aircraft were unable to fly Tuesday morning because of the heavy cloud cover, he said. A better estimate about the size of the fire will be available once air crews are able to survey the area.The cause of the fire was under investigation.As of 3:30 p.m., the fire was 60 percent contained. 926
