Certain grocery stores are opening DSW, Designer Shoe Warehouse, shop-in-shops.Hy-Vee announced the partnership this week, saying two of their locations in the Twin Cities area have DSW displays inside with four more locations scheduled to open in the next few weeks.The DSW shop-in-shops will allow customers to try on shoes, selecting from a variety of styles and brands. Some stores will have lockers, allowing customers to order shoes online and pick them up in Hy-Vee stores.The shop-in-shop set-ups feature a wall of 100 shoes displaying top trends of the season. CAMP PENDLETON (KGTV) - Camp Pendleton marines preparing to deploy are leaving behind a piece of themselves for their children.Thanks to the American Red Cross Hug-a-Hero program the kids will have a doll of their parents to provide comfort during the long months. The dolls have a special message and a pocket for an audio recording. The Red Cross says the program is possible thanks to community donations. They've already provided 1,000 dolls to children this year.  487

CARLSBAD, Calif. (KGTV) — A 52-year-old modeling photographer was arrested this week in Carlsbad, accused of sexually assaulting a teenager.Robert Koester, of Carlton, Ore., was arrested on Tuesday at a Carlsbad Blvd. residence after the reported sexual assault of a 16-year-old during a modeling shoot, according to Carlsbad Police.Police were alerted to the reported sexual assault on Monday after the teenager said she met with Koester, who was subcontracted by Frank, a Carlsbad-based modeling agency. MAP: Track crime happening in your neighborhoodThe victim said during the photo shoot, Koester sexually assaulted her. She left the shoot early and told her father about the incident.Police investigated and found Koester at the residence, which he was temporarily renting. Police said other evidence was collected at the scene.Investigators are working with the modeling agency, Frank, to identify other possible victims. CHICAGO — A special prosecutor in Chicago says Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and her office abused their discretion in the case against actor Jussie Smollett but did nothing criminal. In a statement on the conclusions of his investigation, special prosecutor Dan Webb sharply criticized the handling of the Smollett case by Foxx and her assistant prosecutors, saying their handling was marked by disarray and misleading statements.In his conclusion, Webb wrote that the investigation “did not develop evidence that would support any criminal charges against State’s Attorney Foxx or any individual working at (her office)” but “did develop evidence that establishes substantial abuses of discretion and operational failures”In March last year, Foxx’s office surprised and angered many in Chicago by dropping charges that accused the former “Empire” actor of staging a racist, homophobic attack against himself.
