(KGTV) — Disney officials say the company's California parks are prepared to reopen as soon as the state gives guidance for theme parks to open their doors.During a roundtable discussion with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday, Disney World’s chief operating officer Jim MacPhee said the California theme parks are "ready to roll" once they are given the chance to reopen.“Disneyland has been ready to roll since July awaiting guidance from the state's governor on what the reopening protocols will be,” said MacPhee.RELATED: SeaWorld San Diego prepares to reopen with Zoo Days eventOfficials from Universal Studios who were also at the roundtable echoed the same preparedness."We're awaiting our park in Hollywood, as with Disney and SeaWorld, with respect to the state of California and the governor and when we'll be able to reopen. Disneyland, California Adventure, and Universal Studios have all been shuttered since March due to the pandemic. Disney officials had rolled out a phased reopening plan and safety measures in June with the assumption they would have guidance by July, but delayed the plans when it became clear the state was not issuing guidance anytime soon.MacPhee said one of the challenges is convincing state leadership, and eventually potential guests, that the parks' safety precautions to prevent to spread of COVID-19 will be effective."I think it's driving awareness, driving a strong focus on how safe our environment is, and having people roll in," MacPhee said.SeaWorld officials were also present at the meeting. (CNN) -- Jamba Juice is squeezing out part of its name. It's now simply now known as "Jamba."The health food chain announced the name change Thursday. Jamba said the new name better reflects its menu, which has more than juices. It's expanding its offerings with smoothies, bowls and sandwiches as consumers gravitate toward healthier foods.The company said its loyal fans have been calling it "Jamba" for years. But the official name change is part of a larger modernization initiative for the 30-year-old company, which also includes a new mobile app, remodeled stores and new delivery options through Uber Eats and Postmates.Jamba is also trying to stay on trend with plant-based alternatives. Jamba said its beverages will soon be available to be made with spirulina, oat milk and pea protein."Food and beverage category lines are blurring so fast, especially in the premium functional segment, that it no longer makes sense to limit a brand's identity," said Duane Stanford, executive editor of Beverage Digest, a trade publication. It could potentially bring in anywhere between .5 to .5 billion in new funding to local schools and governments, according to the Legislative Analyst’s Office.Brandon Foster is a small business owner in Oceanside. Even though he rents the space where his two gift shops are located, he is against Prop. 15.“We already have been told by our landlords, if that passes, they will be passing on that cost to us,” Foster said. “The landlords, a lot of them, have vacancies and things like that where they are struggling themselves. I understand why they need to pass that cost onto us.”The ad for No on Prop. 15 highlights a small business owner who said he had to close twice during the pandemic. The ad said Proposition 15 would raise “property taxes and rents on small business and they admit homeowners are next.”The change in property tax assessment would apply only to commercial or industrial properties valued at more than million. It would tax those properties at current market value rather than when it was bought.Residential and agricultural properties are not affected under Prop. 15.“They are very emotional, as ads are supposed to be,” said Lynn Reaser, chief economist at Pt.
