REYKJAVIK, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- China is still exploring the best ways and areas to participate and play a constructive role in Arctic affairs, said a Chinese official here Saturday.
China welcomes the inclusion of "the 70th anniversary of the end of the Second World War" on the agenda of the current session of the UN General Assembly, the Chinese foreign minister said. " This presents an important opportunity for us."
"China and the EU will mark the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties next year," he said.
MEXICO CITY, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislator Zhang Dejiang on Tuesday arrived in Mexico City, capital of Mexico, to start an official goodwill visit intended to boost bilateral relations, particularly the legislative ties.
