INDIANAPOLIS -- Two people were arrested early Friday morning after they broke into a house and someone in the home held them at gunpoint, police say.The incident happened at around 1:30 a.m. in the 5000 block of Clemens Place. Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department say the home was burglarized in the overnight hours Wednesday into Thursday by the same two suspects. Both the male and female suspects were arrested without further incident and police are investigating.    535

Instagram announced Tuesday they were kicking off National Bullying Prevention Month by testing two new features that combat users writing comments that are considered bullying and harassing.The social media platform said in a blog post that one of the new features would automatically hide similar, negative comments that have already been reported." In the wake of the deadly school shooting in Florida last week, one gun shop owner has decided to act, and will no longer sell AR-15 rifles to people under age 21."I changed policy yesterday. So to buy a long gun, including an AR, you have to be 21 years old," Jason Cazes, from Washington state, told HLN's Carol Costello.Legally, people can buy rifles at 18 years old in Washington, just like in Florida. But you have to be 21 to buy a pistol."I would like to be proactive rather than reactive because the reactive solutions that we come up with don't work," Cazes said, explaining why he's not waiting for legislation to pass.Seventeen people were killed last Wednesday in a shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. INDIANAPOLIS -- Two teachers and a student at Decatur Central High School spent some time in the hospital on Monday after a man got into the school and tried to attack a studentA district spokesperson says anyone entering Decatur Central High School has to be buzzed through a locked door by an employee inside.  Tyrese Little, 18, was buzzed into the school along with family members who had students who attend the high school. The school spokesperson said he was in the main office of the building when he saw a student with whom he had a problem and went into the hall to confront him.“I saw the wrestling coach try to stop him and he couldn’t really stop him and at that point, most of the teachers in that hallway had detained this person and got a hold of him and they had him in handcuffs,” student Jayson Wagner said. “The wrestling coach is a pretty big guy, and he couldn’t even stop him.”A 16-year-old student and two teachers were injured and taken to the hospital to be treated.The school was never placed on lockdown and Little did not have any weapons on him at the time of his arrest. The school spokesman says a school resource officer was nearby to help take little down.Little is charged with battery resulting in bodily injury and battery against a public safety official.  1317
