Photos taken by 10News show makeshift camps where migrants hid in tents while others shielded themselves with tarps as rain drenched the area. Many of the migrants waiting to claim asylum say they’ve lost hope following a clash Sunday in which hundreds of migrants rushed the border in a show of force. Three people were found dead in a New Jersey pool on Monday after a drowning, officials said.The youngest victim was an 8-year-old girl, a police lieutenant said. Her 32-year-old mother's body was also found in the above-ground pool at the East Brunswick home.Police said a 62-year-old man's body was also found in the pool. His exact relationship to the other victims is not year clear, but he is believed to be a family member.Officers rushed to the home after a 911 call around 4:15 p.m. A neighbor heard screaming.Police believe the mother was inside the pool screaming for help.All three victims were pronounced deceased in the backyard.WPIX's Jay Dow was first to report the story. 695

Three Michigan middle school students were hospitalized Wednesday after they unknowingly consumed Cookie Crisp marijuana edibles, according to Warren police. Police say the eighth graders ate the cereal given to them by a ninth grader. The cereal reportedly contained marijuana oil. The students, who attend Michigan Math and Science Academy on Dequindre, consumed the cereal before school and later complained they were dizzy and lightheaded, according to police.The girls were sent to a nearby hospital. The older student has been detained by police. Police said parents of the victims and the principal were notified.  659
