Mike Parson has tested positive for COVID-19, his office announced Wednesday afternoon.The announcement came a few hours after a spokesperson for the governor confirmed that first lady Teresa Parson had tested positive for the coronavirus.Parson, 65, has displayed no symptoms and feels healthy, according to a statement from his office, while the first lady has minor symptoms."Needless to say, it's been quite a day ...," Parson said in a video posted on social media Wednesday afternoon. Jared Polis signed an executive order on Thursday that granted pardons to people who have been convicted of possessing one ounce or less of marijuana. “We are finally cleaning up some of the inequities of the past by pardoning 2,732 convictions for Coloradans who simply had an ounce of marijuana or less," Polis said. "It’s ridiculous how being written up for smoking a joint in the 1970s has followed some Coloradans throughout their lives and gotten in the way of their success."This pardon applies to all state-level convictions of possession for one ounce or less of marijuana. GOLDEN, Colo. – A person driving a pickup truck with a camper attached to its back nearly slid off an Interstate 70 overpass Tuesday afternoon. The crash, which forced the closure of the eastbound lanes of I-70 in Golden, Colorado, was reported just after 4 p.m. Video from a Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) camera in the area showed the camper with nearly half of its body dangling from the overpass on the right guard rail of the highway. Crews used a combination of cranes and other equipment to get the camper off the guard rail and onto the highway before the vehicle was towed and removed from the overpass. The driver of the camper, who was not immediately identified, was being held on suspicion of DUI, according to a Colorado State Patrol spokesperson. No one was injured.
