IMPERIAL BEACH (KGTV) - Medical examiners identified the body found floating off-shore in Imperial Beach as 29-year-old Zabiullah Rahmani.Rahmani leaves behind a wife of nearly ten years and two 7-year-old twin daughters. Ramzia Rahmani tells 10News, "I can say it was horrible and it still is." Less than a week since she lost her husband and the feelings are still raw, "The fire is burning in my chest whenever I see my girls ask about their father. (KGTV) — A suspected drunk driver nearly hit several beach-goers Sunday, before his SUV ended up in the ocean.The driver, identified as 50-year-old Jorge Mosti, was driving in the 1600 block of Seacoast Dr. just after 6:30 p.m., when witnesses say his SUV left the roadway and onto the beach, according to San Diego Sheriff's Department.As he continued onto the beach, SDSO said Mosti nearly hit several people as he drove about a mile down the beach. His vehicle ended came to a stop partially submerged on IB's coastline.Mosti reportedly then jumped out of the vehicle and started walking toward Tijuana. He made it about half a mile before deputies caught up to him. (KGTV) - An Imperial Beach family made a chilling discovery at home: a circular piece of glass cut perfectly from the window of a toddler's nursery while he and his mother were inside.Along Emory Street, something peculiar happened last Monday. Vanya found some needed extra gravel on his property, courtesy of some nearby construction workers."They told me the homeowner had given them permission," said Vanya. The problem? Vanya owns the home and never gave permission.
