(KGTV) -- Police in Oceanside are searching for an at-risk missing man last seen Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m.According to police, 92-year-old George Serenbetz was last seen on the 3500 block of Pear Blossom Drive around 2 p.m. Tuesday. Serenbetz is described as 6 feet tall with brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue, long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. Police say he has knee problems and dementia. The Butte County sheriff's office said DNA testing was used to positively identify 10 of 15 people killed last week in the North Complex fire burning northeast of San Francisco.
