A pharmacist was arrested for allegedly luring an Indiana woman to his Colorado home and then drugging and sexually assaulting her multiple times, according to a release from the Teller County Sheriff’s Office. And investigators believe there are more victims who have yet to come forward.Brent Stein, 46, was a pharmacist with Mountain Key Pharmacy in Florissant, Colorado, about 2 hours southwest of Denver. His pharmacy license was suspended this week as he was booked on three counts of sexual assault, but has since bonded out of the Teller County Detention Facility.The investigation into the allegations against Stein began on June 18, when Teller County detectives received information there was a sexual assault victim at a hospital in Colorado Springs, the sheriff’s office said.The victim told investigators that she had met Stein on a dating website and that the suspect had made promises to heal her medical conditions and that he was a pharmacist, the Teller County release read.The victim traveled from Indiana to Stein’s home, and during her stay, she claims she was given un-prescribed medication by Stein, which resulted in her being incapacitated. Investigators allege the victim was sexually assaulted multiple times by Stein while the victim was under the influence of the unknown medication.Upon further investigation, other victims have come forward to report unwanted sexual conduct by Stein, the sheriff’s office said. Detectives believe there might be other victims and are asking anyone who knows anything about this case or may be an additional victim to come forward. A second autopsy on the in-custody death of Adrian Ingram-Lopez concludes the way three Tucson Police Officers restrained him contributed to his death.An earlier autopsy by the Pima County Medical Examiner attributed Ingram-Lopez's death to cocaine intoxication and a heart condition.An autopsy commissioned by Eduardo Coronado, the attorney for Ingram-Lopez family concluded those conditions alone were not enough to have killed the man. It concluded officers continuing to hold Ingram-Lopez face down, handcuffed, and with officers putting their weight on his back led to “positional asphyxia”---inability to breathe because of body position.Police were about to fire Officers Jonathan Jackson, Samuel Routledge, and Ryan Starbuck when the three resigned.RELATED: TIMELINE: What happened after a man died while in TPD custodyThe TPD report which recommended firing the officers noted Ryan Starbuck had more extensive medical training than the other two. He is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician. The Arizona Health Department shows an EMT license for a Ryan Starbuck still active. TPD says Starbuck has been an EMT for 14 years.Police body cameras show, when other officers arrived, they recognized Ingram-Lopez was in medical distress and had him re-positioned to allow better breathing. Officers called an ambulance and administered an antidote for opioid overdose but that drug does not work on cocaine. Ambulance EMT’s pronounced Ingram Lopez dead.The family’s attorney hired a former Maricopa County Medical Examiner to do an independent autopsy. It conflicts with the Pima County Medical Examiner’s ruling on death.The Pima County report basically attributes the death to cocaine and a heart condition and mentions how Ingram-Lopez was restrained. It says, in part:“...the cause of death is ascribed to sudden cardiac arrest in the setting of acute cocaine intoxication and physical restraint with cardiac left ventricular hypertrophy as a significant contributing condition.”The alternative report says the cocaine and the heart condition were not serious enough to have killed by themselves. It puts more blame on how the officers restrained Ingram-Lopez and say, “his death is most consistent with asphyxia due to compromised airway which is best explained by a facedown position restricting his breathing.”Attorney Eduardo Coronado says instead of putting their weight on Ingram-Lopez back, officers should have realized he was co-operating and let him sit up and breathe.“What I can say is that there was a complete lack of empathy, a complete lack of humanity, a total disregard for his needs and just indifference, complete indifference.”Now the family says it wants a thorough criminal investigation of what the three former officers did and it’s considering a civil lawsuit.Report details TPD officer misconduct in death of Carlos Ingram-LopezKGUN's Craig Smith first reported this story. 2918

A New Jersey state trooper admitted to the state's attorney general that he pulled over women while on duty in an attempt to ask women out on a date, WNBC-TV reported. The trooper, 37-year-old Marquice Prather, pleaded guilty on Monday to charges of invasion of privacy, tampering with physical evidence and falsifying or tampering with records. He had been suspended without pay since December after accusations mounted against the trooper. WNBC reported that Prather will be banned from public office, and likely will face probation for the charges. Authorities told WNBC that Prather tampered evidence by turning off his microphone, as the trooper claimed the microphone malfunctioned. Prather was accused by authorities of going through personal information and photos on the cellphones of female motorists. Prather was also accused of copying intimate photos and videos of the women, and he would solicit the women to go on a date with him. 1028

A police official confirmed that 15 adults were shot outside a funeral home on the South Side of Chicago Tuesday evening.The incident took place around 7 p.m. ET. Chicago Police First Deputy Eric Carter said that there was an officer outside the funeral home at the time the incident took place. Carter said that the incident began when a person in a black car began shooting at funeral attendees who were standing along a street. Funeral attendees reportedly began shooting back at the car. A police report provided by the Chicago Police indicated that the vehicle then came to a rest and those in the vehicle fled.One person of interest is being questioned, Carter confirmed. WLS-TV in Chicago reports that 10 women and five men were injured in the shooting. Six of the victims were listed as being in serious condition at local hospitals, the other nine were in good condition.The age range of the victims spanned between 21 and 65. 943

A staff member at a Michigan school is on administrative leave after a student says a teacher assaulted him for not standing for the Pledge of Allegiance. According to Brian Chaney, his 11-year old son Stone Chaney was in homeroom class the first week of school when a teacher snatched him out of his seat and forced him to stand for the Pledge. "He said, 'During the Pledge the teacher snatched me out of my chair,'” Brian said. Stone is a sixth grader at East Middle School in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Stone says he’s been sitting for the pledge since second grade when his father explained why he had the choice. His father says there’s never been an issue until now. Stone says the next day, another teacher yelled at him for the same thing, asking him if he had permission to sit during the pledge."For him to be violently snatched out of his chair by a lady and order him to stand and for her to just glare at him, it's wrong, it's a violation of civil rights," Chaney said.Farmington Public Schools Superintendent George Heitsch says they’re investigating the allegations.“We respect the rights of any individual to make personal choices around issues of faith and beliefs.
