(KGTV) - Peking Restaurant, a staple of the North Park food scene for 88 years, will close in March of 2019.The owners made the announcement on their Facebook page earlier this month, saying it was time to retire."I'm going on 75 years old," co-owner Ken Fong told 10News. "It's time to enjoy my last few years."The Facebook post says "This decision did not come lightly to us as Pekin is such a special place in our hearts and we love what we do and all of you. A majority of our incredible staff here have been with us 25-40 years... and are ready for the next chapter of retirement and new endeavors."Fong says it's not just the owners who want to retire, but cooks and servers as well.Since word got out about the closure, the restaurant has been flooded with people who want one more meal at a place that became the go-to spot for Chinese food in the area."It's overwhelming," says Fong. "It's driving us nuts. Everyone is overworked."Fond adds that he doesn't mind the extra work, but he didn't expect this kind of reaction.In the wake of the extra crowds, the restaurant put up a sign warning customers that wait times may take longer than usual. They say they don't want to add capacity, so they can give customers the same level of service they've always had.People in the area say it's sad to see such a great place go away."This is something I've known my whole life. I'm going to miss it," says Barbara Sims. She used to come with her parents as a child. Now she brings her grandkids to the restaurant when they visit.Fong says he appreciates all the well wishes he's received in the past few weeks."They all want to come back and have one last memory," he says. Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against an Arizona man after the video game giant claims he operated two websites "built almost entirely on the brazen and mass-scale infringement of Nintendo's intellectual property rights," according to court documents.The lawsuit, filed July 19 in Arizona U.S. District Court, claims Jacob Mathias and his company, Mathias Designs, L.L.C, operated 'LoveROMs.com' and 'LoveRetro.co' — websites lawyers for Nintendo say "are among the most open and notorious online hubs for pirated video games."The company claims Mathias posted thousands of Nintendo games on the sites that were downloadable as files — known as "ROMs" — and playable on phones or computers through software referred to as emulators. In court documents, the company's lawyers said Mathias uploaded an instructional video to YouTube explaining how to download and run the games.Nintendo estimates its titles were illegally downloaded from the sites by more than 60 million people.The company is seeking 0,000 for each infringement of its copyrighted work and up to ,000,000 for each infringement of the Nintendo trademark. NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — The man in charge of the FBI in Indianapolis said a school shooting at Noblesville Middle School West earlier this year could have been prevented.According to FBI Special Agent in Charge Grant Mendenhall, most school shootings are preventable, including the shooting at Noblesville. NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- Officers from the FBI, ATF, Indiana State Police and local departments searched the home of a Noblesville middle school student accused of shooting a teacher and classmate Friday morning.The shooting was reported shortly after 9 a.m. local time at Noblesville West Middle School in suburban Indianapolis. Officials said seventh grade teacher Jason Seaman and one of his students were shot when another student opened fire.Seaman and the student victim were transported to Indianapolis hospitals in critical condition.
