President Donald Trump's ex-wife Ivana doesn't think he should run for reelection in 2020. In an interview with Page Six, Ivana Trump said her ex-husband should instead enjoy his fortunes. “I’ll tell you something, I don’t think it’s necessary,” she told Page Six. “He has a good life and he has everything. Donald is going to be 74, 73 for the next [election] and maybe he should just go and play golf and enjoy his fortune."Ivana Trump was married to Donald from 1977 to 1992. The couple had three children: Eric, Donald Jr. and Ivanka. Despite being divorced for 26 years, Ivana remains in close contact with the President, saying they talk at least once a month. Retail credit card APRs have not changed despite the Federal Reserve slashing interest rates to near zero this year, according to a new report from CreditCards.com.Store-only cards have the highest interest rate at nearly 30%. That's the case for a few jewelers, Discount Tire and Big Lots, which sells furniture and appliances.“They're kind of preying, in some cases, on people who are really desperate to buy something, but may not have the money for it,” said Ted Rossman, an industry analyst at CreditCards.com. “So, it's really all about risk management.”The website’s survey found more than 43% of people have impulsively applied for a store card at checkout.That phenomenon may change this holiday season, when much of the shopping is expected to be online.“It might be less of an issue this year,” said Rossman. “Although, who knows? Maybe the shoppers that are in store are going to be peddled these even more aggressively, so it's something to watch for.”Store credit cards can be worth it if you pay your bills in full to avoid interest and you're loyal to a certain retailer. Researches in the United Kingdom have found a purr-fect way for you to communicate with your cat.A recent study published in the online journal Scientific Reports found that cats will appear friendlier and more approachable to humans who use slow-blinking, eye-narrowing facial expressions, which psychologists at the Universities of Portsmouth and Sussex referred to as a "cat smile."In their first experiment, 21 cats interacted with their owners. The psychologists' team found that the cats would slow-blink if their owners slow-blinked at them first, compared to a neutral expression.In its second experiment, 24 cats and a member of the research team interacted. The study found that if the experimenter slow-blinked at them first, they were more likely to approach their outstretched hand than if they had given the cat a neutral expression."Collectively, our results suggest that slow blink sequences may function as a form of positive emotional communication between cats and humans," the researchers said. 1022

RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Cal Fire San Diego responded quickly to a house fire in Ramona that spread to nearby brush. According to firefighters, the fire started inside a structure on the 16000 block of Salida Del Sol. The fire quickly spread to nearby vegetation fueled by low humidity and high winds. Firefighters responded with ground crews and dropped water on the blaze using helicopters. Crews were able to quickly extinguish the flames, but say the home was a total loss. A Red Flag Warning went into effect for parts of San Diego County early Sunday morning and was extended until Wednesday night at 5 p.m. RELATED: Check today's forecast | San Diego Gas and Electric shuts down power due to fire danger 753

RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) — Two people were killed in a motorcycle crash east of Ramona on Sunday.The collision happened on Littlepage Road and Old Julian Highway, in the Witch Creek area, just after 2 p.m. between a motorcycle and off-road side-by-side utility task vehicle, often called a UTV, according to CAL FIRE San Diego.The two people riding on the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene.
