VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- The husband of a Vista woman who went missing in 2017 has been arrested for her murder, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.Hector Martinez was arrested Thursday morning for the murder of Maria Guzman, who was reported missing on October 13, 2017.The couple had been married for 20 years and has three daughters who, at the time of her disappearance, were nine, 15 and 19. According to the department, Martinez reported Guzman missing after the couple got into a fight. WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has made it easier for religious schools to obtain public funds, upholding a Montana scholarship program that allows state tax credits for private schooling. The court’s 5-4 ruling, with conservatives in the majority, came Tuesday in a dispute over a Montana scholarship program for private K-12 education that also makes donors eligible for up to 0 in state tax credits. Montana's highest court had struck down the tax credit as a violation of the state constitution’s ban on state aid to religious schools. The scholarships can be used at both secular and religious schools, but almost all the recipients attend religious schools. 674

Walt Disney World is not reopening its Polynesian Village Resort until next summer."Due to ongoing refurbishments at the Great Ceremonial House, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will remain closed until summer 2021," the company said on the resort's website. "The monorail service to this resort will be temporarily suspended beginning in early October 2020."The Beach Club Resort and BoardWalk Inn will remain closed "until further notice," the company added."Given the current situation, there are some Disney Resort hotels and other areas that are not, as of this time, being scheduled for reopening yet," the company said on its website. It's called "in Succulent Love", where the plant artist creates with succulent and pumpkin."I just kind of play around with them, arrange them, and then commit to gluing them."And there is a good reason as to why she likes working with succulent. "Ii found such a cool fascination to the colors, shapes, and varieties," she says.Now when Jessica graduated from college, she thought she'd go into public relations. Little did she know that her hobby would become her career."I actually started creating succulent pumpkins with my grandmother every fall as a hobby. I just posted some photos on social media my first year out of college, and it just blew up."So just a couple of years out of college and her hobby turned into an online store called "in Succulent Love. She also hosts teaching workshops, and she has even written a book titled "Stylish Succulent Designs.""I like to call it a succulent cookbook. VISTA, Calif. – A Carlsbad pastor whose wife caught him molesting a female family member was sentenced to 15 years in prison Tuesday afternoon. Matthew Tague stood in Superior Court in Vista to read a statement of apology; taking 100 per cent responsibility for hurting those closest to him and saying he's getting counseling for his sex addiction."For all these things, I am and will be truly and profoundly repentant and in light of my terrible and reprehensible actions. I would like to share why I'm grateful that I was discovered on May 5, 2017."His wife stood then, talking about rehabilitation and forgiveness.
