President Donald Trump retweeted video Monday night that shows a man assaulting a department store clerk in Michigan."Looks what's going on here. Where are the protesters? Was this man arrested?" the president tweeted Monday night. The video was filmed inside a Macy's department store at the Genesee Valley Center Mall near Flint, Michigan. It shows a customer repeatedly hitting an employee, knocking him to the ground and hitting him again while repeatedly using the "N-word."The employee repeatedly tells the suspect that he's sorry throughout the video. On June 15, Flint Township police were called to the store around 5:45 p.m. Police say a store employee was assaulted by a man while a second man filmed it.Police say they're still gathering evidence. But the video spread quickly on social media, including on Twitter and YouTube. Looks what’s going on here. Where are the protesters? Was this man arrested? https://t.co/2E1UbU5vNN— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 23, 2020 Some social media posts allege the employee used a racial slur. Macy's responded with a statement saying, in part, "All the materials from the evening have been reviewed and it is clear the attack was unprovoked.""Macy's and mall management have added additional security to ensure our customers and colleagues can safely enjoy their shopping experience," the company's statement said.Flint Township police are looking for 18-year-old Damire Canell Palmer of Mount Morris, Michigan and 22-year-old Damarquay Jovan Palmer of Flint Township in connection with the case. POWAY, Calif., (KGTV)-- Fire crews battled a house fire in Poway Sunday afternoon after neighbors heard hissing sounds and an explosion. Poway and San Diego Fire departments responded to the 13,000 block of Silver Saddle Lane after getting a 9-1-1 call at around 1:15 pm. When crews arrived, they found the side of the home on fire. "The fire was just on the garage and the exterior of the garage. It appears it did not make it into the house," Poway Fire Battalion Chief Ray Fried said. Batt. Chief Fried said the methane levels were too high, above 0 ppm, which meant his fire crews needed to stand down until SDG&E cleared the gas leak. "We're not going inside at this time, because the gas readings are fairly high inside the house," Batt. Chief Fried said. No one was inside the home at the time of the explosion. One family next door was evacuated in an abundance of caution. 894

President Donald Trump said he is "not familiar" with the Harvey Weinstein case when asked for his reaction to the former Hollywood producer being charged with rape and sex abuse Friday.Trump told reporters on the South Lawn of the White House that he didn't "know anything about it," but added, "It's really too bad. Really too bad."In October, when the flood of accusations from dozens of women began to come out against Weinstein, Trump told reporters at the time: "I've known Harvey Weinstein for a long time, I'm not at all surprised to see it."Weinstein turned himself in to authorities Friday morning and was arrested and processed on charges of rape, committing a criminal sex act, sexual abuse and sexual misconduct, according to the New York Police Department. The charges stem from incidents with two separate women, the NYPD said in a statement, and were the result of a joint investigation between police and the Manhattan district attorney's office.Weinstein is also under investigation for alleged sex crimes in Los Angeles and London. Federal prosecutors in New York have started a sex crimes investigation involving him, according to The Wall Street Journal. The charges follow a flood of accusations against Weinstein that led women around the world to come forward with accounts of being sexually harassed by powerful men. His accusers welcomed the news as a sign that the tables were finally turning -- not only on him but on other accused predators.During the election, at least 15 women made allegations against Trump ranging from sexual harassment and sexual assault to lewd behavior around women. They came forward in the wake of a 2005 "Access Hollywood" tape of Trump released in October 2016 that caught him saying on a hot mic: "And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything ... Grab them by the p****. You can do anything."But the White House -- through press secretary Sarah Sanders and others -- has dismissed all the allegations against him as old news that had been litigated during the 2016 campaign.The-CNN-Wire 2070

President Donald Trump said Monday that he believes the Texas church shooting was caused by a "mental health problem," not an issue with gun laws in the United States."Mental health is your problem here," Trump said, noting that "based on preliminary reports" the shooter was "a very deranged individual." 313
