A Georgia high school teacher is under investigation after he was filmed telling a student he "might" shoot the kid in the head.Paul Hagan, a white physics teacher at Rockdale Career Academy, was filmed ranting against an unidentified black student, according to Atlanta's WSB-TV."Don't smile at me, man," Hagan is heard telling the student. "That's how people like you get shot."In the video, which WSB shared on Facebook, Hagan goes on to say, "I gotta bet by the time you're 21 somebody's gonna put a bullet right through your head. OK? And it might be me the one who does it."The video was apparently shot by another student.Officials at Rockdale Career Academy are investigating the incident. A Cape Coral pilot is in jail in a Middle Eastern country which says will not free him unless he pays nearly ,000.Steven Bral is an international pilot who lived in Oman in 2012. While living there, he bought a car and owed ,000, but had to leave the country when he lost his job. Oman law requires all foreign nationals to pay all debt before leaving the country.When Bral was flying from Rwanda to Bahrain, he made a stop in Oman to change planes and was immediately arrested upon landing on March 8."You can't help but just think 'what's going to happen?'" his son, Nolan Bral said."It's a small cell and there's six men in that cell, and they have concrete floor and nothing else. That is where they sleep and eat. They eat in a circle on the floor with their hands," Cheri Bral, Steven's first wife, said.Bral has been ordered to pay ,600 to be released."He does not have that money in savings," Cheri Bral said. "It's too much."Bral's current wife, Shamirah has been able to talk to him on the phone in the middle of the night."I know it's very hard on her, and it's scary," Cheri Bral said.She said guards are trying to move Bral to an even bigger jail."Where you hear about torture and all this other stuff, you just don't know what's going to happen to him," Nolan Bral said.Bral's youngest son, Trevor, is trying to stay hopeful. "I just wouldn't understand or know if I never see him again. A bodyguard for Las Vegas resident and champion boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. was shot on Monday in Atlanta, according to multiple reports.A police spokesman told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that it appears that Mayweather's three-vehicle convoy was targeted. Mayweather was not injured in the shooting. The bodyguard, Gregory La Rosa, was shot in the leg. He was treated at a hospital in Atlanta and released. A car crashed into security barriers outside the UK's Houses of Parliament during rush hour Tuesday morning, injuring several people in what police are treating as a terrorist incident.The man's car collided with several cyclists and pedestrians before crashing into the barrier shortly after 7:30 a.m., police said.The driver, a man in his late 20s, has been arrested on suspicion of terrorist offenses and remains in custody in a south London police station.It appears to have been a deliberate act on an iconic London building, and as such, was being treated as a terrorist incident, said Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu during a news briefing later Tuesday.Police were still working on formally identifying the man, who is "not cooperating," said Basu, adding that the driver was not thought to have been known to MI5 or counter-terrorism police.There was not believed to be a further danger to Londoners or the wider UK related to the morning's crash, Basu said. 996

A British woman was saved by the Croatian Coast Guard after spending what she said was close to 10 hours treading water overnight in the Adriatic Sea after falling off a cruise ship.Kay Longstaff spoke to Croatian news outlet HRT shortly after arriving back on land."I fell off the back of the Norwegian Star," said the woman, who lives in Spain, according to her Twitter account.
