The Los Angeles Times reports the owner plans to turn the 91-year-old building into a hotel where a select group of members buys into "a piece of a portfolio of the best real estate in the world." Members will own shares of the property and pay regular fees to cover management costs. Ventura County sheriff’s officials confirmed at a news conference that the body found floating in Lake Piru earlier Monday was the 33-year-old Rivera. The discovery came five days after Rivera’s 4-year-old son was found asleep and alone on a rented boat. Authorities said the following day they believed Rivera had drowned.
