A pastor from North Carolina is accused of peeing on a passenger while onboard a Delta Airlines flight earlier this month. He has been cited for simple assault.According to a police report, Daniel Chalmers acknowledged having “a couple of drinks” before an overnight flight from Las Vegas to Detroit on October 12, reports the Charlotte Observer.Chalmers told police he was taking prescribed medicine, which he later admitted was a sleeping aid.The victim reports she “woke up feeling something warm on her body and when she looked up to her right, she observed Mr. Chalmers standing next to her shaking his exposed penis,” the police report states according to the Charlotte Observer. The victim then started screaming.A police officer was onboard at the time and asked the victim what happened.“He peed on me!,” she said, according to the report. The police report states Chalmers responded affirmatively that he peed on the woman, and said “I thought I was going to the bathroom.”Chalmers and his wife, Shara Lea Chalmers, lead “Love Wins Ministries” in Raleigh, North Carolina. They released a statement Tuesday that reads, "I want to sincerely apologize for my actions on this overnight flight. I took an Ambien for the first time to sleep well on my flight and had a terrible reaction. I am so sorry for how this effected (sic) everyone on this flight and especially one lady passenger in particular. I have reached out and apologized to her as well. I want to please ask everyone for their forgiveness in this. I never intended or wanted for this to happen."The victim, who lives in Detroit, told FOX 2 Detroit she was asleep at the time it happened, and had to sit in the wet clothes for several hours until the plane landed at Detroit Metro Airport. 1764

A park in Florida that was named after a Sanford police chief, who is known for forcing the removal of Major League Baseball legend Jackie Robinson from a minor league game in 1946, will no longer bear his name.On Monday, the Sanford City Commission voted to rename the Roy G. Williams Park to Elliott Avenue Park.Williams served as chief of police from the 1920s to the 1960s, according to the commission. The reason behind the name change is according to the city's website, Robinson was in Sanford on April 7, 1946, playing in an exhibition game for the Montreal Royals.According to the commission's documents, at the top of the second inning, Williams ordered Robinson to quit "because the city did not allow integrated teams to use city-owned fields."Williams then entered the dugout and told Robinson's manager that if he didn't leave the ballpark, it would be called off, the document stated.Robinson went on to break the race barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. 983

A Milwaukee woman applied for a job only to be told by the company that they don't hire people with "ghetto" names.Quinntellia Fields says she received the email response on Monday after applying for a receptionist job at Mantality Health through a third-party site.Mantality Health has multiple locations in the Midwest. Fields said she was applying for a job at their Brookfield, Wisconsin location."First, I thought it was a joke," she said. The quick response looked legit, until she got to the line that said, "Unfortunately we do not consider candidates that have suggestive 'ghetto' names.""That’s pretty offensive," Fields said. "I was pretty shocked and then I was hurt."She contacted the company who told her the outside job board was hacked. In a statement posted on the company's website, Mantality says it's working with law enforcement and considering appropriate legal action."We share the anger and frustration of those who received these bogus emails," the company's statement read in part."Seems like the typical response," Fields said. "If someone’s in trouble on the internet, 'Oh it’s just a hack.'"Fields isn't the only job seeker who received this reply. According to local news reports, two women in Missouri also received the same email."I just want to know why that person thought it was OK to just target one group of people," Fields said. Here’s the full statement Mantality posted on its website: 1440
