TAMPA, Fla. — Commuters at Tampa International were hit with a serious dose of puppy love on Friday afternoon.The pup-arazzi was on hand to capture the moment a service dog went into labor while waiting for a flight at Tampa International Airport. Elli, short for Eleanor Rigby, is a two-year-old Labrador Retriever and service dog. STOCKTON, Calif. (KGTV) -- A school fight in Stockton came to an unexpected end after a Marine tackled a pair of students to the ground. The Marine was on campus Wednesday to help with military recruitment when he saw the students fighting and sprinted toward them. Video shows the Marine tackling the students, who were throwing punches. Some parents say the Marine used unnecessary force while others say his actions were justified. The Marine has been reassigned to office duties and will no longer be around students, the Marine Corps says. 553

The American Academy of Pediatrics said 61,000 children in the United States tested positive for COVID-19 last week.The medical professionals said the new child cases reported is the highest weekly figure since the pandemic began. The cases were reported in a one-week period that ended Oct. 29.The organization said that since the pandemic began up to Oct. 29, more than 853,000 children tested positive for the coronavirus. During October, nearly 200,000 new cases in children were reported by state health departments, who track the data"This is a stark reminder of the impact this pandemic is having on everyone – including our children and adolescents," said AAP President Sally Goza, MD, FAAP said in a press release. "This virus is highly contagious, and as we see spikes in many communities, children are more likely to be infected, too. TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. -- A Walmart employee called Tarpon Springs, Florida police on Thursday to report a strong odor coming from a van parked in the store's parking lot. The employee told police the older model van had insect activity on the interior of the van's windows and there was a strong smell coming from the van. Police responded to the location and found an older model Ford E-150 van parked at the north end of the parking lot near Tarpon Avenue. When officers entered the vehicle, they discovered a dead person. Detectives have responded to the scene and are conducting a full investigation into the death. The identity of the deceased is unknown at this time.  701
