(KGTV) - A workplace shooting at YouTube's San Bruno headquarters has left many local workers wondering, "what would I do?"Cody Perron, COO of the security firm Fidelis Global Group, said it initially comes down to two simple things every employee can do."Number one is maintain situational awareness, so anywhere you are whether it's public or your office space," Perron said. "If it's in public, be concerned with your surroundings and notice things that stand out, that are counter to normal activity in that environment. So when you walk inside a facility, especially where you work, you should know where your entries and exits are. (KGTV) - KGTV and Team10 have launched the Transparency Project to allow the public to view case files from San Diego County over the past 10 years where officer involved shootings and law enforcement misconduct cases were investigated. For many of these cases, the officers were cleared of wrongdoing. Others resulted in officers being reprimanded, fired or even charged criminally --- but all of these cases resulted in community reactions. It requires California law enforcement agencies to make internal reports for officer-involved shootings and major uses of force, officer dishonesty and confirmed cases of sexual assault available to the public. The project includes a searchable database, where you can find cases by the name of the officer involved, the name of the victim/suspect, the department and much more. (KGTV) — An Amber Alert was issued to counties across California for a 4-year-old girl abducted by her non-custodial mother in Washington.The alert was issued for a 2005, red Chevy Cobalt with Washington state license plate "BLK 1552" just after 1 p.m. by California Highway Patrol on behalf of the Vancouver Police Department.Vancouver Police say Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez, 4, was taken on Oct. 25, by her mother, 21-year-old Esmeralda Lynn Lopez. Authorities believe the mother may be intending to head to Mexico.Esmeralda Lopez is described as a Hispanic female, standing 5-feet tall, and weighing about 138 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Aranza is described as a Hispanic female, with blond hair and blue eyes.The alert was sent to the following California counties: Marin, Napa, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, Merced, Fresno, Kings, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, and Tulare.Anyone with information of the pair's whereabouts is asked to call 911.10News is monitoring this breaking news. 1190
