(KGTV) -- Cal Fire San Diego responded quickly to a house fire in Ramona that spread to nearby brush. According to firefighters, the fire started inside a structure on the 16000 block of Salida Del Sol. Quibi, a streaming service specializing in short-length videos, is reportedly shutting down, according to multiple reports.The Wall Street Journal first reported the news Wednesday morning, citing people familiar with the matter. They explain the service had trouble nearly from the moment it launched in April, facing low viewership and low download numbers during a global pandemic.Quibi was once seen as having a lot of potential, raising .75 billion in capital. It focused on mobile devices and short-length videos.Jeffrey Katzenberg, one of the founders of the company, is a former Disney executive who started DreamWorks, and helped raise that money for Quibi by partnering with most of the major Hollywood studios, Google, Alibab, among others, according to The Information.Meg Whitman was Quibi’s CEO.No word on what will happen to the content reportedly under production for Quibi. 900

Prosecutors rested their case Monday afternoon in the trial against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.This comes after 10 days of testimony from 27 witnesses. The defense has not indicated if it will call any witnesses to the stand.Prior to the prosecution resting, a bank official testified that the Federal Savings Bank gave Manafort million in loans and knew that he lied about his financial situation before they were approved by the bank's chairman.James Brennan, a vice president of Federal Savings Bank, said he faced so much pressure from his bank's chairman about Manafort's ability to borrow the million that he lied on a form reviewed by federal regulators and the bank's directors about the stability of the loan."If I had my recommendation ... the loan would not be made," Brennan said in court Monday.Brennan, who wrote a memorandum about a second .5 million loan the bank extended to Manafort, said he had given the loan a rating of "4." But in court Monday, he said he shouldn't have done that.A very stable, high-quality loan would get a rating of "1," and any rating less than "4" wouldn't get approved and would draw regulators' attention because of its instability, he said.When asked by prosecutors why the loan received a 4 rating, Brennan said it was because of "Mr. Calk," referring to the bank's founder, Stephen Calk."It closed because Mr. Calk wanted it to close," Brennan said, referring to one of the loans.Last week, the jury heard testimony that Calk approved the loans as he sought Manafort's help in getting a high-ranking position in the Trump administration.Brennan also said he and his colleagues documented their concerns about Manafort's personal finances. Heads of households making 4,500 annually also will receive the full 0.- Those making ,000 to ,000 (0,000 to 4,000 for couples) will get a prorated check. Those making over ,000 (4,000 for couples) will not receive a check.- Once again, young adults considered dependents of their parents are not eligible for the payments.- The amount given per child under the age of 17 will increase from 0 to 0.- Americans will receive the second round of stimulus checks the same way they received the first one.- While most Americans who received a stimulus check in the spring will receive one, changes to income between 2018 and 2019 could alter payments.What is unknown:- Will Congress authorize an increase of the direct payments from 0 to ,000. Trump called on an increase to direct payments, which got support from the House on Monday, mostly due to strong Democratic support. Now the bill goes to the Senate, but it is unknown if the bill will even get a vote there.- When a check will be distributed. Protesters locked arms around the arena's gates, prohibiting fans from reaching the doors. As the game tipped off Thursday evening, only the first few rows of seats were full in the arena that seats nearly 20,000 fans. "Tonight's game began with a delay," the Kings said in a statement. "Due to law enforcement being unable to ensure ticketed fans could safely enter the arena, the arena remains closed and we ask fans outside to travel home. We will issue further information soon regarding a refund."Some fans left the area outside the arena disappointed. "I"m very disappointed," Fermin Rodriguez told the Sacramento Bee, as he was planning on seeing the game with his wife and four children. "I mean I feel their pain, but why do we have to suffer as well? "At the time of the shooting, the officers believed the suspect was pointing a firearm at them. After an exhaustive search, scene investigators did not locate any firearms.
