The ministers agreed that the dialogue is of great significance for both sides, as it helps deepen exchanges of macroeconomic situation and policy measures of the two countries, strengthen financial cooperation, and advance China-Japan strategic and mutually beneficial relationship in the economic and financial fields, said a statement released after the dialogue.
"China's fiscal and monetary policies have been taking effect, while both development momentum and risk prevention capabilities have been strengthened," the statement said.
By implementing the newly-edited CPC's working rule for recruiting members, party committees at all levels have appropriately controlled the growth rate of the number of CPC members on the premise of ensuring the quality of members, the communique said.
Xi suggested that China and India, both as staunch supporters and active builders of the BRICS mechanism, work together to forge a closer, more comprehensive and firmer partnership within the emerging-market framework, so as to enable the BRICS countries to play a positive and constructive role and contribute more to world peace and development.
Xi stressed that China attaches great importance to developing friendly relations with Nepal and appreciates Nepal's long-standing one-China policy.
