A man and woman accused of performing a sex act on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Detroit tried to hide the act with a blanket, according to the police report from the Wayne Metro Airport Police Department.WXYZ obtained the police report from a Freedom of Information RequestThe 48-year-old woman from California and the 28-year-old man were sitting next to each other in row 26 on the Delta flight on Oct. 29. The FBI was called in after the incident and each received a ticket.According to one witness, the man and woman were kissing and foreplaying before the woman allegedly performed oral sex on the man."I felt bad for the guy beside but I guess he was sleeping," the witness said in the police report.According to the report, the man and woman were in seats 26D and 26E respectively, and the woman switched her seats to sit next to the man.The man in the case told police that she had fallen asleep in his lap, but there was no sexual intercourse. He said he "grabbed her breasts on the outside of her clothes."Police said the woman was intoxicated with bloodshot, red eyes and the smell of alcohol coming off of her. She also told police she fell asleep in his lap and nothing more.According to the report, a passenger informed the flight attendant about the man and woman.Another witness said she went to the row and saw the woman performing oral sex on the man."I asked the lady to sit straight up. She was bobbing her head up and down while he was holding her down," they said. "They had a blanket partially covering the act."Both passengers were ticketed and allowed to go on their way. Police took the woman back to get her luggage from Delta, and tried to get her rebooked, but she was told she was not allowed on Delta flights anymore. 1767

A family is grieving after their loved one died when her home collapsed during a tornado in Kentucky."It's just like it flattened everything," Tammy Brown said.Brown said she is devastated and in disbelief after the force of a tornado brought down her parent's home on Dot Road in Logan County."He lost everything in 12 minutes," Brown said.She visited them just moments before the tornado struck."I mean, I left here yesterday at 3:15 p.m., and this place was picture perfect," Brown said. "And you look at it today, and you've got metal in all the trees. They've been walking around in the fields, and they went all the way to the river and they were finding my daughter's toys."Dallas Combs, 79, who went by Jane, was inside the home when it collapsed."Dad's not coping… he was the one that found her," Brown said.John Combs was outside putting down sandbags when the tornado hit."So when it took the roof off, it sucked him back through the basement, so he immediately went up the steps, and he started calling for her," Brown said. "He moved a big thing of bricks, and he knew the minute he saw her she was gone."The woman he loved was taken from him. They had lived in that home for 30 years."All he can tell me is, 'The love of my life is gone' and 'I can't live by myself because I've never been by myself,'" Brown said.Jane and John were just months away from celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary."She was a very Christian woman, and her last words to you every single time was, 'I love you.' Because she never knew if when she saw you, it was going to be the last time," Brown said.On Saturday, Tammy Brown's mother said "I love you" for the last time.She said it's upsetting that her parents had no warning."My phone went off after she was dead," Brown said.According to the National Weather Service's report, the EF-2 tornado touched down at 3:54 p.m. on Saturday. The tornado warning was issued at 4:06 p.m. according to the NWS survey team from Louisville, Kentucky.For this family, it was too late, and now they begin the process of rebuilding without Jane by their side."I'm like, we'll make it through it, dad," Brown said. A grand jury has indicted all three men accused in the death of Ahmaud Arbery, each with nine counts including murder.The Cobb County District Attorney posted on social media Wednesday the grand jury’s indictment formally charges Travis McMichael, Greg McMichael and William R. A Georgia woman spent three months in jail after two deputies said a field test of a blue substance found in a car she was in turned up positive for methamphetamine.But it wasn't meth. It was cotton candy.Dasha Fincher claims that while she was in jail she missed several major life events, including the birth of twin grandchildren, and was refused medical care for a broken hand and ovarian cyst.Now she's filed a lawsuit against Monroe County and the three officers involved for wrongful imprisonment and violating her civil rights. A man is hospitalized, but expected to survive, after his girlfriend struck him with her car following a domestic argument, according to police in Port St. Lucie, Florida.The incident happened in the 1900 block of W. Dunbrooke Circle.Police said the man got out of the car and began walking down the street and the woman then dropped off her baby at their house, drove back to where the man was walking and hit him.Video posted by police shows crime scene tape around a car which appears to have a big dent in the hood and a shattered windshield.The man, described as the woman's 24-year-old live-in boyfriend, was airlifted to a hospital with head trauma.  He was undergoing surgery late Wednesday afternoon.Police did not identify either person but said the investigation continues. “It sounded like a car hitting a shopping cart," said Lance Chmura who lives just across the street from the crash scene. He was making breakfast around 9 a.m. when he heard the impact and ran out to help.“I went down, grabbed his hand and stabilized him because he was starting to thrash around a bit," said Chmura.The impact of the crash was so intense it sent the man flying 35 yards down the street.“She (the girlfriend) then left the scene, drove back home.  Her relative got in car and came back to the scene," said Master Sgt. Frank Sabol with Port St. Lucie Police.The victim’s grandmother would not reveal what the girlfriend said to her immediately after the crash, but said the couple had a good relationship and had just moved down here last month. She said she thinks this was an accident.“I think they were just playing around and didn’t realize the severity of it," said the grandmother.“The initial investigation determines she was on the wrong side of the road when he was struck," added Sgt. Sabol.Right now, it’s being investigated as a case of domestic violence. No arrests have been made.  1948
