TAMPA, Fla. — Fresh Express Sunflower Crisp Chopped Salad Kits have been linked to a multi-state outbreak of E. coli, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).The CDC says at least eight people from Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota have been infected with the outbreak strain of E. coli O157:H7. While it is the same strain of E. coli carried through romaine lettuce that sickened more than 100 people in multiple states earlier this month, the CDC says it is unclear if the salad kit recall is related. The recalled salad kits do contain romaine lettuce. The affected salad has the following identifying information: UPC 0 71279 30906 4, beginning with lot code Z, and a best-before date up to and including 07DEC19. This information is printed on the front of the bag in the top right corner.

If you have any of the salad kits, the CDC says:Do not eat it.Throw it away.Even if some of the kit was eaten and no one got sick, throw the rest away.Wash and sanitize drawers or shelves in refrigerators where the salad kit was stored. SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio — A former student who had a child with his teacher in 2015 filed suit Monday against Akron and Tallmadge school officials for failing to stop the abuse. The suit also listed former teacher Laura Lynn Cross as a defendant. The suit states that administrators failed to “prevent adult Laura Lynn Cross from sexually abusing, assaulting, and raping the Plaintiff, a student and a minor.”Cross served prison time at the Ohio State Reformatory for Women in Marysville after having been convicted of three counts of sexual battery. She has since been released from prison.Cross resigned from her teaching position in 2015 following allegations of sexual abuse of a student. According to an investigation by Scripps station WEWS in Cleveland, Cross convinced the student’s mother to allow him to move in with her through a court-approved “partial parental custody” arrangement.RELATED: 910

So now it is reported that, after destroying his life & the life of his wonderful family (and many others also), the FBI, working in conjunction with the Justice Department, has “lost” the records of General Michael Flynn. How convenient. I am strongly considering a Full Pardon!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 15, 2020 347

R. Kelly has been denied bail in a New York criminal case that charges the musician with a racketeering scheme to sexually abuse girls.Lawyers for Kelly wanted the judge in the singer's New York federal case to reconsider and grant him bond, saying the hardships of being jailed include being able to see just one of two previous live-in girlfriends at a time."He allegedly can only see one of his girlfriends every 90 days and then the second 90 days he can see the other girlfriend and so on but he can't see both and at the same time. OK. Being in jail or prison is not being in a luxury resort where you can see whoever you want, whenever you want, however you want, in whatever conditions you want," said lawyer Gloria Allred who represents multiple alleged victims of R. Kelly.Kelly's lawyer say the singer is not being treated fairly by the court."I think that he should be out. He's not a flight risk. There's no evidence that he's a flight risk," said Steve Greenberg, one of R. Kelly's lawyers.Kelly is also charge in four different cases in Cook County, Illinois. 1086

Snowball can headbang, vogue and body roll as well as, if not better than, any rhythmically inclined human. Never mind he's covered in feathers. The sulphur-crested cockatoo broke big on YouTube in 2007 for his toe-tapping, head-bobbing performance to the Backstreet Boys' "Everybody." But after spending a decade studying his wide repertoire of bangs, hops and lifts, researchers suggest that parrots and humans share a tendency to dance when the music moves them.Ever the entertainer, Snowball performed 14 unique dances when prompted by music, according to findings published Monday in Current Biology. It's evidence that some birds are capable of sophisticated cognitive control and a level of creativity previously unseen in other species. The study follows a 775
