(KGTV) -- Authorities are searching for a suspect they say groped a 14-year-old girl at a Vista restaurant.According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, a man walked into the Panda Express on Main Street in Vista and grabbed a 14-year-old on the buttocks on March 21.The department says the man then left the restaurant driving a black sedan.The suspect is described a black man between 35 to 45-years-old who is five feet, nine inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477. 573

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has upheld a provision of federal law that requires foreign affiliates of U.S.-based health organizations to denounce prostitution as a condition of receiving taxpayer money to fight AIDS around the world. The Supreme Court ruled 5-3 on Monday. Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote for the court’s conservatives that “plaintiffs’ foreign affiliates are foreign organizations, and foreign organizations operating abroad possess no rights under the U. WASHINGTON (AP) — Defense Secretary Mark Esper on Sunday fired the Navy’s top official over his handling of a disciplinary case involving a Navy SEAL.Esper asked for the resignation of Navy Secretary Richard Spencer and Spencer submitted it Sunday, said the chief spokesman for the Pentagon, Jonathan Hoffman.The firing was a dramatic turn in a long-running controversy involving Navy Chief Petty Officer Edward Gallagher, whose case has been championed by President Donald Trump.Esper also directed that Gallagher be allowed to retire at the end of this month, and that a Navy disciplinary board that was scheduled to hear his case starting Dec. 2 be cancelled, Hoffman said. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Sunday arrested four teenagers accused of stabbing a 45-year-old Oceanside man to death in Vista. According to the department, the teenagers, all between the ages of 15 and 16, reportedly attacked 45-year-old Joshua Virginia at the intersection of West Vista Way and Valencia Drive around 10 p.m. Saturday. Witnesses told deputies Virginia was able to crawl from the street to the sidewalk before collapsing.
