(AP) -- Authorities say seven people were fatally shot in Southern California at an illegal marijuana growing operation.The crime scene was discovered around 12:30 a.m. Monday when Riverside County sheriff's deputies responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at a residence in the community of Aguanga about 50 miles north of San Diego.Deputies found a woman suffering from gunshot wounds and paramedics took her to a hospital, where she died.Six more people were then found dead. Aldon Smith, who was the NFC's Defensive Player of the Year, has a warrant out for his arrest on Monday after a possible domestic incident from the weekend, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. Smith is wanted on charges of misdemeanor domestic violence, assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury, false imprisonment and vandalism, the Chronicle reported. Earlier the in the day, the Oakland Raiders released Smith. The incident in question was reportedly Saturday evening, and the victim identified Smith as the suspect. TMZ reported that Smith checked into a rehab facility on Monday. Smith has had frequent encounters with law enforcement. After an evening of cocktails in San Diego, a woman got into the back of an Uber for a ride home. She was so intoxicated she had to ask the driver to stop so she could vomit. She says she then passed out in the backseat.When she regained consciousness, the Uber driver was on top of her, raping her, a block from her home, according to the police report and two sources familiar with the investigation.She was able to escape and dial 911.Police later arrested the Uber driver, John David Sanchez, 54. The affidavit goes on to state the actor used the app to send explicit pictures and to arrange a meeting for sex.When Westmoreland arrived at the arranged spot, he was arrested by Salt Lake City Police and members of the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force. Salt Lake City Police records show Westmoreland was arrested last week for attempting to entice, seduce or lure a minor by internet or text and is facing four counts of dealing in materials harmful to minors."Given the nature of the charges and our responsibility for the welfare of employed minors, we have released him from his recurring role and he will not be returning to work on the series which wraps production on its third season next week," said the Disney Channel statement.CNN was unable to reach Westmoreland for comment Sunday or determine whether he has retained an attorney.Westmoreland had appeared in 38 episodes of "Andi Mack" as Ham Mack, the main character's grandfather.
