He admits, however, that protecting your information can be frustrating.“Everyone hates changing their passwords,” Kneip says. “No one can keep track of them.”We all have to do it, he says. Kneip also says never use the same password for all your accounts.“If you use the same password over and over, a hacker if they compromise one of those companies—let’s say Twitter or Facebook most recently--but you use that to log in to your office or a bank, what they do is they take that password, that login and password set, and they apply it universally to see where else could that work,” Kneip explains.Suddenly, all your accounts risk being compromised. Kneip says a totally different password for each login is best, but even changing one character at the end will protect you from 90 percent of hackers.So, if you’re bad at keeping track of all your passwords, what can help? Kneip suggests encrypted password-keeping apps like Last Pass and One Password."Very straightforward; they’re free,” he says. “Then, you just have to have one master password that you open back up to.”The good news is, Kneip he believes we won’t need passwords for anything. (AP) — A Kentucky couple who refused to sign a self-isolation order when one tested positive for the coronavirus said they were placed under house arrest.Elizabeth Linscott of Radcliff told news outlets she was tested July 11 for COVID-19 because she wanted to visit her grandparents and received a positive result the next day. Linscott said the health department emailed her a form to sign that said she would check in daily, self isolate and let officials know if she has to be treated at the hospital.The form said the isolation order is to “prevent the introduction, transmission and spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus in this state.”Linscott said she declined to sign because of one sentence: “I will not travel by any public, commercial or health care conveyance such as ambulance, bus, taxi, airplane, train or boat without the prior approval of the Department of Public Health.”“I could not comply to having to call the public health department prior if I had an emergency or I had to go pick something up for my child or myself as a necessity and could not wait,” Linscott said.When she declined to sign the form she said she was told the case would be escalated and on July 16, Linscott said she and her husband were placed under house arrest with ankle monitors.Hardin County Sheriff John Ward said his office was on hand to execute court documents from a Hardin County Circuit Court judge. The foam was so large, a dog became lost in it and several people had to jump in to find the animal.A weatherman for 7News in Australia was on the beach ready to do a live report on the wild weather, when a woman is seen on camera jumping into the foam shouting “Hazel!”Weatherman Paul Burt dropped his microphone and is seen walking over to the woman and joining the search for her pet, Hazel.The search was successful and Hazel was soon back in the arms of her owner.The eastern coast of Australia is being battered right now as a powerful storm moves through the area.
