The rock sits about 60 feet off Sunset Cliff Boulevard in the ocean.This is the fifth sculpture to go up there.Statutes of this sort have become an annual ritual, but it remains unknown who makes the pieces, and how they get up there. President Donald Trump visited Kenosha, Wisconsin on Tuesday which was the site of both peaceful protests and riots last week following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.The protests have mostly been peaceful in the city in the last few days.
