FREE REBEL SPIRIT."According to an affidavit, the letters found in Texas also included a powdery substance, references to trying "another recipe" and also included the signature "FREE REBEL SPIRIT." Fingerprints taken from the letters match Ferrier's prints on file, according to court paperwork.The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are also investigating the incident.
