CYPRESS, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man was tackled in the middle of a Southern California Target store for reportedly taking pictures up women's skirts.According to Cypress Police, officers were notified that the man, later identified as Jorge Ibarra, 29, was taking pictures targeting women wearing skirts.The suspect then fled from the scene after being tackled to the ground by one of the women’s father. Investigators learned that Ibarra committed the same crime at a Target in a different city.RELATED: Staff member at facility for migrant children accused of touching minor, police saySeveral days later, officers found and arrested Ibarra for invasion of privacy. Critics are calling Sinclair's promos pro-Trump propaganda. Now the company is defending the initiative, and calling it something much more mundane: A "corporate news journalistic responsibility promotional campaign."Sinclair, America's largest operator of local TV stations, is in the spotlight after a controversial promo video went viral over the weekend.Some staffers say they're embarrassed by the promos and concerned about their own credibility as journalists. A few local anchors and reporters are even reacting publicly, risking the ire of management.But Sinclair senior vice president of news Scott Livingston is defending the promos as a "well-researched journalistic initiative focused on fair and objective reporting."In an internal memo obtained by CNNMoney, Livingston slammed what he called "misleading, often defamatory stories" about the company. Some of the language echoes President Trump's anti-media messaging. And it's written to make it sound like the opinion of the local anchors, when in fact it's a mandate from management.Concerned journalists contacted CNNMoney about the promos last month. Costco has updated its COVID-19 face mask policy.The wholesale club said beginning Monday, everyone, excluding children under the age of 2, must wear a face mask or face shield, even those with medical conditions."Members and guests must wear a face mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times. Individuals who are unable to wear a face mask due to a medical condition must wear a face shield. Children under the age of 2 are exempt. Entry to Costco will be granted only to those wearing a face mask or face shield," Costco stated on its Updates and Coronavirus Response page.The original policy, which went into effect in May, didn't require those with a medical condition to wear a mask.In a letter to members, President and CEO Craig Jelinek said that although some might see the updated policy may be inconvenient, its shoppers' safety is worth the inconvenience."Our goal is to continue to provide a safe shopping environment for our members and guests, and to provide a safe work environment for our employees," Jelinek said in the letter.Costco added that for those who cannot wear a mask or shield, delivery options are available on its website. 1168

Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Mackensie Alexander was arrested in Florida on the same day that he left the team while authorities were searching for his missing father.Alexander was arrested Tuesday on a battery charge, Collier County jail records show.NFL.com reported that the 26-year-old Immokalee native left training camp Tuesday after his father disappeared while picking palmetto berries with another man in Okeechobee County.According to the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office, Jean Alexandre, 65, was on a prairie somewhere in the northwest portion of the county Monday when his companion left him behind. 622
