No suspect description at this time.SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego police are looking for clues after a man that was found injured on a sidewalk in the Bay Terraces neighborhood died early Friday morning.Police and firefighters responded around 12:40 a.m. to a report of a person down in the 2300 block of Spring Oak Way, between Bell Middle and Zamorano Elementary schools.Emergency crews arrived in the area and found the man suffering from traumatic injuries to his upper body, San Diego police Lt. Anthony Dupree said.The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Dupree said.The victim was described as a Hispanic male in his twenties. A skateboard was found at the scene. It's unclear if the man was a resident of the area. No further information was available at this time.Homicide investigators are now working the scene. Tropical Storm Beta is gaining strength off the coast of southern Texas, as Subtropical Storm Alpha makes landfall in Portugal Friday afternoon; both are making history because of their names and timing.This is only the second time in recent history more than 21 significant storms in the Atlantic have been named in a year. Tropical Storm Beta is number 23.The National Hurricane Center uses a list of 21 names each year to distinguish large storms they are tracking in the Atlantic Ocean. Uber's IPO will likely arrive before the end of the decade.CEO Dara Khosrowshahi confirmed on Thursday that the company's "target" is to go public in 2019. The move is a departure from his predecessor, Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick, who had tried to put off an IPO as long as possible."We have all of the disadvantages of being a public company, as far as the spotlight on us, without any of the advantages of being a public company," Khosrowshahi said on stage at the New York Times DealBook Conference in Manhattan."Travis and the whole board now agree that we should just go public," he added.Uber currently has a valuation of billion, which makes it the most highly valued startup in the world. The company has raised more than billion in capital since its founding in 2009.SoftBank, the Japanese conglomerate, has also been in discussions with Uber for a massive private investment expected to total in the billions. She advised a group of students at her North Hollywood school, selected as United Nation delegates to advocate for women and girls, where they learned about the taboo nature of menstruation in parts of India.They formed a nonprofit called the Pad Project, in hopes of getting a machine to create biodegradable pads to a rural village in India.
