A growing number of states are issuing stay-at-home orders to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the illness caused by the new coronavirus that has already killed thousands of people worldwide. These orders are not necessarily full lockdowns, but they do require residents to stay home except for essential activities, such as grocery shopping, going to the pharmacy, receiving medical care, walking your dog, etc. If you work in an essential industry, like healthcare, food service or law enforcement, you will also be able to travel to your place of employment. Many of these orders also prohibit things like visiting other people’s homes (except to provide care or supplies) and gatherings of more than 10 people.The following states have issued stay-at-home orders:ArizonaOn Match 30, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey issued a declaration entitled "Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected." The order urges Arizonans to limit their time away from home except for "essential activities and functions." A civil lawsuit brought by the young man who has accused actor Kevin Spacey of sexual assault has been dropped, just over a week after it was filed, according to a new court filing.Spacey's accuser, who was an 18-year-old busboy at a Nantucket bar at the time of the alleged assault, filed the civil complaint on June 26. In it, the accuser said Spacey bought him "multiple alcoholic beverages" before he then forcibly touched and fondled his genitals -- the same allegations he made in an ongoing criminal case.The accuser's attorney, Mitchell Garabedian, told CNN via email Friday that he and his client voluntarily dropped the lawsuit and that he would have no further comment.Spacey, 59, faces criminal charges of indecent assault and battery in connection to the same alleged July 2016 incident. The former "House of Cards" star has pleaded not guilty.The civil lawsuit accused Spacey of explicit sexual behavior and infliction of mental distress. It demanded judgment in an amount to be determine by a jury, including costs, interests and attorney fees.The criminal case against Spacey will continue with a hearing scheduled for Monday.CNN is not naming the accuser because he is an alleged victim of sexual assault. 1234

A blaze that burned several days at a petrochemical facility in suburban Houston reignited Friday, emergency management officials said.Crews are responding to the Intercontinental Terminals Company, a storage facility in Deer Park, Texas, after two tanks appeared on fire, the Harris County Emergency Management Joint Information Center said.Emergency responders are trying to determine which tanks are on fire, an ITC representative said."We are coordinating with federal, state, and local officials to resolve the issue as soon as possible," the company said in a statement.The US Coast Guard has closed part of the Houston Ship Channel near the facility in response to the breach, ITC officials said.A shelter-in-place order has not been issued in Deer Park at the moment, Harris County emergency management officials tweeted.The fire had been extinguished Wednesday after burning for several days. It began in a single tank Sunday afternoon and quickly spread to a second tank, the company said.By Tuesday, seven tanks were burning. The tanks contained chemicals that go into making gasoline, including xylene, naptha and pyrolysis gasoline, known as Pygas.No serious injuries have been reported.
