(KGTV) -- Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman accused of stealing identities.On February 26, Deputies were contacted by a resident in Encinitas who said someone stole her identity and tried to withdraw money from her bank account.Authorities say the suspect also applied for and received credit cards in the victim’s name and made charges on the fraudulent accounts.Detectives later discovered that the same suspect also stole identities of several other people throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties.Anyone with information is asked to call the North Coastal Sheriff’s Station at 760-966-3500 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.Crime Stoppers is offering up to a ,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to an arrest. 789

ESCONDIDO, Calif. (KGTV) -- Graffiti referencing the New Zealand mass shooting that left 50 people dead was discovered at the scene of a possible arson at an Escondido mosque early Sunday morning. According to police, the fire started around 3:30 a.m. at the Islamic Center of Escondido located near the intersection of 6th Avenue and Escondido Boulevard. Police believe members of the mosque were able to extinguish the flames before firefighters arrived. Seven people were inside when the fire was reportedly set. No one was injured and minimal damage was done to the building, according to police. "Our message to community is to make sure they keep a watchful eye out,'' Escondido Police Lt. Chris Lick said. "If they see something suspicious, especially around a house of worship, they should call police.''According to police, graffiti left behind by the suspect made reference to the mass shooting in New Zealand, though details on the graffiti weren't available. Police tell 10News they are investigating the incident as attempted arson and a possible hate crime. No suspects have been identified at this time. Following the fire, members of the mosque scheduled an interfaith prayer vigil. The event will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Islamic Center of Escondido. "Once again, we will stand together in love and prayer as we show our unified support for the members of this local Mosque and for the Muslim community at large. Pete Dugan told KGUN. The department responded to a call around 9 p.m. local time on Wednesday. Lil Peep grew up in Long Beach, New York. Lil Peep had released mixtapes and had a strong internet following. She noticed while working at a restaurant, she kept bumping into things, and later became very concerned when she fell down the stairs at her home. She says her vision was fine when looking straight ahead, but was losing sight from the outside in. A doctor originally though she had a detached retina, but that wouldn't be the case."It was this rare disease and it was progressive. At the time they thought I was going to be totally blind within a year."She would lose 98% of her vision, and started to think her days as an athlete were over."The words athlete and blind were not in the same sentence for me."The treatment for her disease was to suppress the immune system, but the medication she was taking caused her to put on weight. That's when she started swimming, riding a spin bike, and jogging."Someone said your swimming, you're biking, and you're running. Have you ever thought about doing triathlons?"She thought it sounded terrifying but fun. And not only did she give it a try, she excelled."I'm currently ranked number 6 in the world and number 1 in the United States."With 98% vision loss, she has implants in her eyes to help her see. Then she was introduced to Iris Vision. A product which at first glance looks like goggles. But for Amy, it would totally change the way she trained."It increases my visual fields," she says. "My vision is super tiny, it's like looking through a straw. What's cool about Iris Vision, is it allows me to see my computer screen, and more importantly, I can now see my heart rate and what my speed is. I'm can now see what the prescribed workout is that my coach sent to me."She has become a very successful triathlete, as she made the national team back in 2015.
