Yu hoped the Japan-China Friendship Parliamentarians' Union would continue to play an active role in China-Japan exchanges.
In a meeting with IOC President Thomas Bach here on Sunday, Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi recalled Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to the IOC headquarters in January this year, saying the historic visit marked a new level of the China-IOC relationship.
"We hope there will be more agricultural training and exchanges on China's poverty-relief experience," said an attendant at the seminar.
The document aims to promote understanding of the initiative, demonstrate the achievements, and enhance strategic mutual trust, dialogue and cooperation among nations, so as to contribute to the building of a community of common destiny, said the introduction to the document.
The Chinese premier is on a three-day official visit to Europe. He arrived in Brussels, the capital city of Belgium on Thursday afternoon.
