'Horse Museum' is the latest book by Dr. Seuss, launched Tuesday at UC San Diego's Geisel Library. The library sold copies of the book at a launch party in the Seuss room Tuesday. The book is about art, and helps kids of all sizes learn about art and museums. Lynda Claassen, the Director of Special Collections and Archives for the Geisel Library says the book is a treasure, found in a box by Audrey Geisel, Theodor's widow, in 2013. It was not a full book she discovered, merely a manuscript with storyboard pages. Using that manuscript, illustrator Andrew Joyner finished Seuss' work. Inside the book, there is horse artwork from greats like Pablo Picasso and Jackson Pollack, as well as cameo appearances by familiar characters like the Cat in the Hat. And Claassen promises it won't be the last: "there is more to come. There is always more." Theodor Geisel died in 1991, and there have been other posthumous works published, including 2015's 'What Pet Should I Get?'His wife Audrey died in December 2018. Hostess issued a voluntary recall of its Cookies ‘n Crème Brownies on Aug. 3 due to a labeling error.The “contains” statement on the brownies does not list “egg” as an allergen. Although the ingredient list on the packaging includes “egg”, the “contains” statement, which is intended to alert consumers of allergens in the products, does not include “egg”. Hostess said in a press release it was recalling the product out of "an abundance of caution."The following products are affected by the recall:No reports of injury or illness have been reported."Only those consumers who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg are potentially at risk of an allergic reaction if they consume these products," the press release said. She says the US government needs to grant her political asylum.Belarus-born Anastasia Vashukevich claims she has proof of Russian interference in the 2016 US election in the form of more than an hour of audio recordings and photos of meetings."I am ready to help with an investigation if they help us get out of here," says the 21-year old.None of the alleged recordings or photos of those meetings have been made public.'A plan for the election'Vashukevich's arrival in this Thai detention center is a bizarre and tangled saga.Vashukevich, who also goes by the pseudonym Nastya Rybka, was part of a group led by author and free sex advocate Alexander Kirillov arrested in February in the Thai resort town of Pattaya while running so-called "sex training" sessions.Thai police confirmed they are processing the paperwork for the eventual deportation of Vashukevich and Kirillov on charges relating to visa violations, back to Russia.On Monday CNN met with Vashukevich and Kirillov inside the detention center. HAWAII (KGTV) -- The United States Geological Survey is reporting that an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.0 struck Hawaii Thursday afternoon.According to the USGS, the quake happened about 1:30 p.m., 11 miles south of Fern Acres on the Big Island.The earthquake was just one of hundreds of earthquakes that have swarmed the island, prompting concerns that Kilauea Volcano could erupt.The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory indicated that a volcanic eruption was possible but not imminent. Kilauea is one of the world’s most active volcanoes.The series of earthquakes came after a collapse of a crater floor of Pu?u ?ō?ō, which is a volcanic cone in the eastern rift zone of the Kīlauea Volcano.Since that collapse, about 250 earthquakes were reported in the area into Tuesday evening, according to Hawaiian Volcano Observatory status report.Check out the map below to see the area near where the earthquake hit: 931

Sidewalk CPR Day aims to lower that number by training approximately 4,000 people in Hands Only CPR. The overall goal is to increase the number of lifesavers in the community.
