ANTIOCH, Tenn. — The Associated Press, CBS, and NBC News are reporting that federal investigators have been searching through the home of a possible person of interest in connection to the explosion that rocked downtown Nashville on Christmas morning.The AP reported that agencies were at a home in Antioch in suburban Nashville after receiving information regarding the investigation.According to CBS and NBC News, investigators searched the home of 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner.Scripps sister station in Nashville WTVF discovered just weeks ago - he signed over his longtime home to a 29-year old woman who lives in California.Property records show he sold her another house nearby a year earlier.We don't know much about Warner, other than the likely owned an alarm company during the 1990s.Law enforcement received more than 500 tips that led them to this home on Bakertown Road in Antioch.Marco Rodriguez lives in the same building as Warner. He said at around 10 a.m. on Saturday federal agents told him to evacuate."They came in and told us to get out just in case there was a bomb or something," Rodriguez said.Federal agents and metro police spent the day combing through Warner's home, making sure it was safe and looking for evidence.Neighbors tell me when police showed the picture of the RV that was used in the downtown bombing, they immediately recognized it."It was parked over there all the time," Rodriguez said, "It's weird because it could've been us if he wanted to like blow us up or the bomb could've malfunctioned."WTVF was able to dig up property assessment photos of the home. (AP) — A 30th horse has died at Santa Anita on the last weekend of racing before the Southern California track closes for the season.Mike Marten, a spokesman for the California Horse Racing Board, says a 4-year-old gelding named American Currency was injured Saturday while exercising on the training track and was euthanized.The board had recommended that Santa Anita suspend the current meet following a string of deaths since Dec. 26, but management chose to continue until the last day of the meet on Sunday.Track owner, The Stronach Group, formed a panel to review horses' medical, training and racing history for the final six racing days.But Marten says American Currency wasn't entered to run in any race and thus wasn't subject to review by the panel.The horse is the fourth from the stable of Hall of Fame trainer Jerry Hollendorfer to die at the track. An Arizona man is facing a second-degree murder charge after shooting his girlfriend in the face at his Mesa apartment on Sunday morning.According to police, around 8:30 a.m. officers responded to a report of an accidental shooting near Country Club Drive and Broadway Road.Responding officers found the woman with a gunshot wound to the eye. She was transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead, police said. During interviews with police, 22-year-old Martin Larney confirmed that his girlfriend had spent the previous night at the apartment, which he shares with his brother.Larney told police that as the victim was sitting on the floor changing her clothes, he tossed his handgun onto a couch in the room, causing it to go off and strike her.Police said Larney changed his story twice, initially reporting that he was trying to clear a round when the gun discharged, then finally admitting he was waving the gun at the victim because he "was upset at what she was wearing."According to police documents, Larney also admitted that he thought about shooting the victim as the gun went off, and had "thought about shooting the victim in the past."Larney has been booked on one count of second-degree murder.   1260
