PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A Pasco, Fla. woman was arrested after deputies say she was passed out drunk at the wheel of a parked car with a 5-year-old child in the back seat.20-year-old Sarah Nisse was found after the girl answered a phone call from her father.He called the 5-year-old via FaceTime and was able to see where the vehicle was parked.He found the car at 2509 Success Dr. and immediately removed his daughter from the vehicle and called 911.Fire rescue arrived and tried to administer aid to Nisse. She didn't say anything but raised a middle finger at them. When deputies arrived, Nisse appeared to be 'heavily intoxicated' and was taken to the Medical Center of Trinity.She blew a .276 and .272 three hours after the incident.Deputies say that without proper supervision, the 5-year-old was at risk of possible injury or death due to a large pond being next to where the car was parked, as well as due to the fact that Nisse was driving while under the influence.She was arrested for child neglect, violation of probation and DUI. She was on probation for willful child neglect in reference to a case in 2015 where she had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old juvenile. 1187

Police have issued an Amber Alert after a 13-year-old girl was abducted outside her home in Lumberton, North Carolina, Monday morning.Hania Noelia Aguilar was at the Rosewood Mobile Home Park waiting for the rest of her family to come outside and drive to school when she was forced into a car just before 7 a.m. ET, the FBI and Lumberton Police Department say."A witness saw a male subject dressed in all black and wearing a yellow bandana force Hania into a relative's vehicle that was parked in the driveway," the FBI said in a statement."Hania is a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 126 pounds. She has black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with flowers and blue jeans," it said."Hania's mother asks whoever took her daughter to please bring her back home," the Lumberton Police Department said in a release posted to Facebook.It said Hania was driven away in a green, 2002 Ford Expedition with South Carolina license plate NWS-984. PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla — CVS has pulled all powdered Enfamil baby formula off its shelves as its pharmacy department does an internal review. The move comes after a Florida mother shared her story about what she found inside a tub of formula with Scripps station WFTS in Tampa.Alison Denning says her package of Enfamil baby formula was tampered with before she opened the package."When I opened it up, this seal that wraps around was opened,” she said. RELATED: Mom says baby formula bought at nearby CVS was replaced with flourDenning says the package looked fine on the outside and even had the protective seal intact on the lid, which is why she didn’t think twice about buying it. But when she got it home, she knew what she found inside was not baby formula. She sent the product back to the manufacturer for lab testing. She says Enfamil has been extremely friendly and helpful.Enfamil said Denning's is an “isolated incident” and haven’t had any other reports of flour for this particular batch of formula. But this isn't the first time baby formula has tampered with — last year, a woman was arrested in Tucson, Arizona after she was found guilty of swapping baby formula with flour at two Walmart stores in the area. One baby was sickened after ingesting the tampered product but is doing OK now, according to the Associated Press.“There is no recall related to this or other Enfamil branded products,” Lynn Kenney said. Pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly plans on distributing a treatment for coronavirus patients this week. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) just gave it the green light.The antibody treatment is for patients over the age of 65 who have mild to moderate symptoms. Patients who are 12 years and up are also eligible if they have an underlying health condition.The FDA approval comes at a time when cases are going up again and hospitals are struggling to treat so many patients.Infectious disease experts say one of the biggest challenges for hospitals right now is to figure out where they want to administer the treatment.It is given through an IV and usually, IV treatments are given in an outpatient setting to cancer patients.“If you're talking about hospitals that have infusion centers for cancer and chemotherapy, that's not generally a place where they're going to feel comfortable taking COVID-19 patients in the contagious phase of their disease, because they also have highly immuno-compromised patients there,” said Dr. Shira Doron, a hospital epidemiologist at Tufts Medical Center.Some hospitals in the U.S. already have the resources and space to administer the treatment to COVID-19 patients, but many still don't.Another option would be to administer it in an emergency room, while still following the same criteria for who receives it.While there are guidelines for who receives it, cases are rising. That could add another limitation to how many patients get the new antibody treatment.“And then how will patients be referred to that facility? Will doctors know about that? And defining exactly which patients will benefit from this is somewhat still up in the air,” said Doron.Health and Human Services will be responsible for distributing the treatment.
