KULAR LUMPUR, Oct. 5 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping left here Saturday after concluding his first state visit to Malaysia, which helps usher in a new era in China-Malaysia relations.

Briefing the Jordanian king on China's push for economic transformation and upgrade, the premier said the Chinese side is willing to share the opportunities for development with all other countries and make joint efforts with them to create a peaceful and cooperative environment for development.

China and the United States should strengthen policy coordination during their respective reform and restructuring process, expand mutual interests and explore new opportunities for cooperation by facilitating bilateral investment treaty negotiations, the president said.

Since 2006, the two countries have held reciprocal events, including the Year of Russia in China in 2006, the Year of China in Russia in 2007, language years in 2009 and 2010, followed by tourism years.

Land in cities and the countryside, which can be used for construction, will be pooled together in one market, it said.
