An explosion rocked a United Parcel Service freight facility in Kentucky on Wednesday morning, injuring at least two people, but authorities say they doubt that the blast stemmed from a terror attack. Jessica Bowman, the fire department's public information officer, said the building is used for truck and trailer maintenance and that there are other UPS buildings in the area that are still in use."There was significant damage to the building. A large area of the roof was blown out and interior walls were knocked down, as well as exterior damage. There's pieces of the roof and insulation on the ground," Bowman said. "There is no life hazard. Some of those points have already raised concerns with several Republican lawmakers, while the bill will undoubtedly face pushback from Democrats.According to The Associated Press, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is prepared to roll out the Republican plan in a matter of days, which should total about trillion in funding. An 8-day-old infant was mauled to death by the family's dog on Wednesday in Lee County, Virginia, the county's sheriff confirmed to WJHL-TV. The infant girl was taken to three different hospitals before being pronounced dead at a hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. The infant reportedly suffered traumatic injuries to her upper body. The dog is currently in the care of animal control. The county's sheriff office and social service department are both investigating Wednesday's incident. The girl has two other siblings.  554
