A major manhunt is under way after an improvised explosive device exploded on a London Underground train, injuring 29 people in what police have called a terrorist incident.None of the injured are thought to be in a serious or life-threatening condition, according to the London Ambulance Service, which took 19 of the injured to hospitals. A man shot himself in the head in front of the White House at just before noon Saturday, a Secret Service spokesperson has told CNN."Secret Service personnel are responding to reports of a person who allegedly suffered a self-inflicted gun shot wound along the north fence line of @WhiteHouse," the Secret Service tweeted as the incident unfolded.The man approached the fence line, removed a concealed handgun and fired several rounds, none of which appear to have been aimed at the White House, a Secret Service spokesperson said. A carjacker is dead on Milwaukee north side, shot by the man he was trying to rob according to police.Officers said the shooter was legally carrying a gun and is now cooperating with them.People living near the incident said it is concerning since the attempted carjacking happened around the same time they start their day.Just before 6 a.m. Monday, police said a 21-year-old with a gun tried to steal a car from a man on his way into work. "It's really sad that a person would do that as far as try to rob someone who was going to work," said Kinyata Hendriex who lives nearby."A lot of young people think this is a game and that's it's just only fun. This is not fun," said Milwaukee Police Captain Andra Williams.The victim had a concealed carry permit, pulled out his own gun and fired. A cougar, burned in a dangerous Southern California wildfire, is recovering from her injuries. She was found by a homeowner after walking on burned paws onto his property.The Cougar Conservancy and California wildlife officials treated the cougar at a state facility in Sacramento.The cougar is eating well and her paws are healing. The conservancy group believes she will be able to return to the wild.She was burned by the Bobcat fire, which started on September 6 and has destroyed 87 residences. It has burned more than 115,000 acres and is about 90 percent contained, and still threatening 6,000 structures. The cause of the fire is under investigation. 666
