PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — The city of Pasadena has kept outdoor dining open despite Los Angeles County restricting restaurants to takeout to reduce the spread of the coronavirus. OTAY MESA, Calif. (KGTV) — Two people escape unscathed after making an emergency landing at Brown Field Tuesday.The aircraft was forced to the ground around 4:30 p.m., landing in a grassy area at the airfield.
