JOHANNESBURG, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe on Friday hailed Sino-Africa bilateral cooperation that has transformed livelihoods and slammed actions from the West that have derailed progress in the world's second largest continent.
"So the impetus for the policy isn't the people clamoring for it. It's something that pushes at the top," said Fein, accusing some political and military leaders of seeking to get the "thrill of exercising power" or "sort of historical glory."
"China's 'One Belt One Road' initiative provides a good opportunity for Asian countries as well as China," Han said, noting that the initiative would offer many opportunities for South Korean companies as Seoul entered the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) as one of founding members.
The declaration noted that exchanges and cooperation among the peoples laid an important foundation for increasing understanding among the three countries.
The two heads of state discussed ways to push forward bilateral ties while pledging concerted effort to make the Paris negotiations a success.
