(KGTV) - Dramatic video shows how a plane crash and rescue of the pilot and passenger unfolded off the coast of Northern California. David Lesh purchased his Beechcraft Bonanza a few weeks ago and asked a fellow pilot to record aerial video from a second plane. “We were gonna go fly over the Golden Gate bridge, and do a whole bay tour... obviously didn't make it there,” Lesh said. During the flight, Lesh lost all power five miles off Half Moon Bay Harbor. “I would guess that we probably didn't have much more than maybe a minute or two from the time I figured something was wrong to the time we hit the water,” said Lesh. Lesh’s friend Owen Leipelt was piloting the second plane and watched as Lesh went down. “At one point I lost them. I had been circling and I couldn't see them anymore and David called me on the phone as he was bobbing in the water and he turned me around and he guided me right to where he was,” said Leipelt. Commander Joshua Murphy. (KGTV) — California has released guidance on allowing outdoor services, like religious services and protests, amid the coronavirus pandemic.Initially, the state released guidance for indoor religious services to be held at 25% capacity or 100 people, whichever is less. San Diego Supervisor Nathan Fletcher said Monday that the guidance has been expanded to not only outdoor religious services, but cultural services, constitutionally-protected activities, and weddings provided physical distancing is practiced."That remains in place for indoor services, but they have expanded that outdoor services can occur provided that they can maintain physical distance between individuals. So they're allowing whatever the natural surroundings allow for provided that you can physically distance between individuals. The breakthrough comes as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention expects IVF to reach an all-time high in the coming years. 10News is digging into the history and future of IVF by the numbers, as well as cases when human error reportedly caused mistakes with IVF. The first baby conceived with IVF was born into the world in 1978, according to the CDC. Since then, numbers have spiked. The agency says by 2015, eight million babies had been conceived using IVF. Now, they're offering ,000 to whoever helps nab the suspects.Over the last three months, Bureau of Land Management officials have found the bodies of 42 donkeys covered in gunshot wounds near the California-Nevada border. They were killed illegally in the Clark Mountain Herd Area."We will pursue every lead until we've arrested and prosecuted those responsible for these cruel, savage deaths, and we welcome the public's help to bring the perpetrator or perpetrators to justice," BLM deputy director for policy and programs William Perry Pendley said.Under the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act, burros are protected as "living symbols of the historic and pioneer spirit of the West."
